This is the classy joint. They seem to stay open really long hours so they obviously care a lot about animals. They have a good size parking lot with a security guard that watches all the cars and yet opens the door for you like a doorman in front of a New York apartment building. Its got a huge glass front for the lobby so you can see right inside where a lot of happy looking animals and owners inside. Dr Yuen is the best. We bring our cats here. She takes very good care of them. It can be expensive.. it that's the price you pay for a good vet.

I’ve only ever had great experiences with this place, I’ve been going here even before they moved to their new location. Everyone is very friendly, it’s a very popular and busy vet so if they can’t get you an appointment right away it’s not because they are being rude. So far I’ve always gotten one the same day when it was urgent. You might not see the same doctor twice because different vets have different shifts, but you can ask for the same vet and they will let you know when he/she is in and schedule you an appointment with them. I finally decided to leave a review because of what happened recently. My fiancé and I recently adopted a dog out of the shelter where they messed up his nurturing so bad it reopened twice and we saw it was infected after two days of having him. We came here and everything was handled with such great care and they went above and beyond for our new family member. Our dog had to stay at the vet due to the infection for a little over a week and we came to visit him regularly. Every time all the staff was very kind and no matter who was working that shift they were able to give us updates on how everything is healing and how he has been doing. Yes, it was expensive but it would have been just as expensive anywhere else. They gave us an exact cost break down before doing anything, they didn’t push us to go for it, they gave us time to go over it all and think about it, there was absolutely no judgement. These people here are great at their job and clearly love animals. Even though we live a little further from here this is our go to vet. We trust them fully. More...

Love this place! I've taken both of my cats here several times for both routine checkups and health issues. I've been able to get same-day appointments for pressing issues. Staff is always upbeat, cheerful, and helpful, and the vets always take their time to explain the importance of procedures. They're a little pricier than other vets, but I feel the value is worth it. Efficient. Modern. No nonsense. Really easy to find, easily spotted from the street. They also have their own parking lot, which is a big deal in this part of town. They have the staff and facilities for a fairly high capacity operation, so they were able to take me with almost no notice. The prices for procedures seem to be quite reasonable. I Just moved to the area and was looking for a vet because I suspected my senior cat might have a tooth issue. I could not have been happier with the whole experience here. The whole staff was so friendly, the place was beautiful and clean and there was even somebody to help hold the door when I was bringing my cat in and out. The vet we saw was so so nice and really seem to take an interest in my cat....the best part...They told me the tooth situation was elective and was not urgent printed out a cost sheet for me for when I felt ready and also suggested another place that might be cheaper. Great place to take your dog or cat to. Staffs are very attentive and the doctors are good as well. Place is clean and well maintained. VCC opens early and closes late. Be sure to make an appointment, walk-ins are not recommended. Same day appointments are difficult. Prices can be on the higher end. But the hours is great for anyone who has a 9-5 job to worry about. I’ve always liked VCC but they really were outstanding when I needed to put my senior dog to sleep. The amount of compassion that the vets and staff have here is second to none. No, they’re not the cheapest but I wouldn’t trust my dogs’ care to anyone else.
