The Space Between Psychotherapy

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nina. I was truly in a dark hole and had no idea how to move forward. Through my hard work and desire to get better, along with her guidance and ability to give me clarity on life events, I am now in a much better place. Sometimes it is hard to find that connection with a person you feel might look at you in judgement but, not one time did Nina ever make me feel judged. Sometimes it is hard to hear the things you really don’t want to hear but really need to hear; she always found a way to clarify the situation and make it feel like a light bulb went on. Nina is an amazing, wonderful, professional, ethical, and genuinely caring therapist. I would and have recommended her to anyone I know is looking for someone they can trust to talk to and wants to move forward in their lives. She also facilitates the wonderful women’s group and the couples couples group; and both have been equally as amazing as my one-on-one time with her. I have gotten so much from my time with Nina. She is wonderful. Listens to the problem and tries to figure out what you want. Sometimes the truth is hard to hear and I think that is why some people post bad reviews.

Nina has been an incredible asset to my personal growth journey. After going through some difficult times, she’s been a trusted confidant and a counselor who doesn’t simply tell me what I ‘want’ to hear, but rather what I ‘need’ to hear. She’s been patient, an active listener, empowering, and has been cheering me on for success. In addition to individual counseling, her women’s group is PHENOMENAL. Such an inspiring space to grow and feel connected to others. I trust Nina in her work, and can vouch that she’s extremely ethical, confidential, and someone who takes her role in the community very seriously.
