Today was the second time we visited The Soggy Dog. Last time we got a spa treatment - shampoo (sadly dont remember the girls name who showered my dog and brushed him, but she did good job). Today we got fully groomed by Charls (hope i spelled his name correctly). He was amazing! He listened to what i asked him to do, and not do with my dog. My dog smelled soooo good after seeing Christina that my entire car smelled lovely. He was so down and depressed before his bath (thanks to crappy weather causing major allergy issues) and now he's happy as can be. Literally the happiest boy ever. Took my crazy Sheperd/Husky mix for a wash. I was somewhat anxious, because I knew it wasn't going to be an easy process. When I arrived, I was kindly greeted . Unfortunately, I couldn't remember the nice lady's name at the front, but she was so kind and amazing! She recognized the anxious situation right away and made me feel super comfortable as she let me know that it was a patience game, lol. Super great services, clean tubs, full bottle of shampoo and conditioner, facial wash (tear free), brushes, towels, great water pressure and temp, strong blow dryers. Decided to wash our dogs here (getting harder to do it at home). The people working there are fabulous and so very kind/helpful plus no need for appointment just walk in . The tubs are fairly large so we were able to wash both our Olde English Bulldogges in one tub. The tubs are designed so the dogs can get in and out by themselves so no need to lift the dogs into it. The shampoo/conditioner the give is great and also a blueberry facial liquid (no harm to dogs eyes) that helps with folds/wrinkles etc for the face area. Also the temp was perfect for the dogs and we were surprised on how calm they both were (they were really enjoying the bath). They also give you towels for drying the dogs and if you need more they gladly will give you more. After the bath and towel dry there is a room where you can blow dry the dogs to get them dry which is really nice.We will be definitely going back for another wash. Just had the weirdest interaction I've ever had. Have been here many times before for self-wash. Although they're never friendly and you seem like an inconvenience to them, I always tip well because despite my best efforts my dog leaves fur behind. Called because my Apple maps said I'd be there at 4:59. Wanted to make sure if I was there at 5:01 they wouldn't turn us away. The woman told me no we close the Tub at 5. Sped my ass there, ran up at 5:00 on the dot, and she's gleefully running up to try to put the "closed" sign up before I come in. I said "nice try, it is 5:00 on the dot." I have never been treated so rudely for wanting to spend money somewhere that provides a service. The other woman tried to comp my wash. (I was in and out of there with my 80 lb GSD in less than 15 mins.) But no thank you. I will pay and never return. If you don't want business, don't advertise that you offer it. If you want to leave the store at 5pm, close your tubs at 4pm. I wouldn't trust anyone that nasty to touch my dogs for grooming. More...

A hidden gem! Pretty much everything in this plaza is close on Sunday's except this place. They had 4 wash stations and one was just opening up to perfect timing! Rosie and I walked around and she picked out a treat for after her groom while we waited for our tub. They have everything you could need! There's also a whole room for drying which was nice! The most amazing place! I have a German Shepard and a husky. The amount of stress I spare by taking them here for ONLY $15? !They provide EVERYTHING. I just left this place and DISCUSSING! Please see photos. We went in since our normal dog self bath was closed (Doggie Lounge) so we thought we would try this one, I called and asked if they do self wash the lady in the phone was very rude, "Yah that's all we do here" okay thank you was my reply as a new customer maybe the owners who are in CA ( they were very happy your gone) should do a little more training. Bathtub had another dogs hair in the drain, I had to ask them to clean it since the water wasn't going down. The drying room was gross and full of dog hair I couldn't even try my dog due to call the hair flying around. My dogs did not groomed/ they got savaged. They came back shaved to the bone and traumatized. One of our dogs had the most gorgeous one inch long eyelashes ---they cut them off!! Unbelievable.

I have been coming here for about 2 and a half years. I bring my big dog Bruno to be groomed by Andalynn. He absolutely adores her and he's very picky when it comes to strangers. I don't have to tell her what to do and she cuts his hair perfectly everytime. He's close to 125 pounds and she handles him just fine. I most definitely recommend this place for your grooming needs. We found this fantastic place to bring our lab for a bath we know is gray because we give it to her. They provide everything! Including a blueberry doggie facial mask! Ear cleaner, qtips, leash you hold the dog in the walk in tub with, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers! Everything! The 1st Tuesday of the month is $5.00 nail clipping! Our vet is $12.00.  It's clean and really nice. They do complete grooming as well. We were sooo happy with the people who take care of you and the place. Way better than the mobile dog washer we were paying $55.oo to!! This is $15.00 and we but a treat and leave a tip. So grateful to have found this Great place!!! More...

I really like this place overall. The staff is really nice and helpful. For $15 they provide what's needed to shower, dry and style your dog. They also sell treats and pet supplies. My family and I were looking for a self wash for our pup. We called and even went to two other locations closer to our house they were all rude and one place even lied to us. We drove just an extra 10 mins out of the way and it was worth it. Soggy dog was helpful and never once making us feel like this was an inconvenience to them. They have great shampoos, a separate blower station and a frequent self wash card! We have a couple dogs plus we help out with our friends dogs. This place will be our go to from now on... My little boy "Bazel" had a few nails that even his Mama could not trim. I emailed The Soggy Dog and got a prompt response saying that they could help. We arrived and were greeted at the door by Dixie the owner. She brought us back so that Andalynn could give Bazel his much needed nail trim. She was so caring and concerned for our little boy. Her voice was soothing and Bazel didn't seem to mind her clipping his nails. Before we knew it she was done and Bazel was happy to get back into his pet carrier for the ride home. I asked a lot of question about how to do it myself and what was the best product to use. Come to find out all of those As Seen On TV gadgets are not worth the money. I loved my visit to The Soggy Dog! I'm quite new to dog ownership and as such dog grooming. Dixie was very helpful this evening when I stopped in with my dog Harper after a rather dusty hike up in Red Rock. Dixie explained how everything worked and assisted me in getting Harper in tip-top shape. Now my furbaby is extra clean, and it was much better than trying to bathe her in my bathtub.<br><br>I'll definitely be back for those extra dirty dog times. Absolutely wonderful place to take your pet! I was a professional groomer for 10 years and have since retired from grooming to become a nurse and now take my personal dogs to Soggy Dog. I have two large double coated hairy dogs and the equipment and bath tub are great and make the job a lot easier. The staff is also super friendly, helpful and attentive. The facility is super clean. Love taking my two dogs to the self-wash station! I have two big dogs so it's really nice that they can walk in to the tub themselves and I get to pick from a bunch of different shampoos and conditioners to get what works best for their skin. What a great experience!!! My Kasper has only had a bath at home for the first 5 years of his life. The environment is so clean! !! We received the royal treatment!!!! I came back today as I actually got off work a little earlier and the woman that was working was fantastic. I didn't get her name I totally forgot to ask. She was so helpful and the place is super sweet! Way nicer than the previous employee I dealt with. After posting my first review after the owner explained why the last wash is at 6pm I completely understand. If the previous employee had explained that to me I probably wouldn't have been as upset. I've been coming here for years and find it one of the better places to go.  <br><br>Over the years I've tried a couple of other places but find this one to be the easiest.  I know its under new ownership but I find the service is pretty much the same.  <br><br>The big plus I find about this place is the tubs - regular, elevated tubs.  Personally I've tried those places with the raised metal tubs that are mounted up against the wall - don't like that set up at all.  You have to keep moving your pet all over the place to get them fully clean.  Here you can just walk around the tub without trying to fight and manhandle a stubborn shar-pei into the position you want.<br><br>And I feel like the open tub is less stressful for the dog too.  They're not trapped in this dark metal box, and they can see the dogs in the other tubs (which wasn't always great with my dog aggressive pei but at the same time it distracted her from what I was doing).  <br><br>It's a bit of a drive for me but I still find it the easiest place to go - and I've been coming here literally since it opened.<br><br>My only complaint would be that it would be nice to have one late night a week as I can't get there by final wash time by the time I leave the office, pick up the dog, and drive the 10 miles over there. This is our third time at the Soggy Dog. The price is right, and everything is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!!!<br>The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The tubs are big for my 90pounder and there are smaller tubes. The shampoo and conditioner are provided as are rags, towels.  I dry my golden wonder with their dryers when the temperature outside is a little chilly.  There are dog snackies in the front so At end of his visit he is allowed to pick the morsel of his choice (reasonably priced). We've been coming to the Soggy Dog since it opened, even though half the time the groomer isn't there to do nail trims and there are new stores that cost less that have opened within walking distance of our house. We were going to bring in our two dogs on Saturday, but decided to come in yesterday because of your Valentine's Day special. We know "last wash one hour before closing" and hurried the 15 minutes from our house in rush hour traffic to make it. We walked in to the store at 6:02... and you told us it was too late. Recently started going to the Soggy Dog to wash our little guy. It has been a great experience! The place is very clean and they provide you everything you need to wash your dog. You get an apron and the tubs are spacious. They have a great selection of shampoos and conditioners. The dryers work wonderfully! We've also used their groomer there, she is by far the best groomer we've ever taken our dogs to! I highly recommend this place, the prices are very reasonable and the owners are very friendly. Went for my first time today. The staff was very helpful. All the supplies come with the wash just bring dog and leash . They even have blow dryers for the dogs . I'd pay 15$ for that any day. Definitely beats cleaning out tub any  day More...
