I am from Connecticut so traveling 3 hours away to continue after care through sober living and IOP was daunting. I came up knowing no one and had social anxiety to the max. Within 3 months the relationships I made with staff and fellow clients makes me feel at home. I never thought in a million years I would be living in New Hampshire but changing my environment was the best thing I could have done for myself. The staff at The Process Recovery Center have made a major impression on my life. They are extremely supporting, they won’t give up on you. Most of them are in their own recovery so they understand. They encouraged me to get a job, to move forward with my life in a positive way. They won’t hold you back from becoming the best version of yourself. They won’t lock you down they understand the benefit of hobbies and passions and you’re allowed to enjoy healthy activities with some freedom. Which was big for me coming from a 30 day intense program, I was ready to start living again. And that I did but cautiously and with support and honest communication. And my experience thus far has been by far the best time of my life. I believe the staff will stand by you through the good times and the bad. They truly care about helping their fellow people. With the staff and the community here in New Hampshire this place is truly a blessing. To anyone struggling in life with addiction, please come. When I arrived at process recovery center I was welcomed with open arms. I felt the love from ownership, staff, and clients. I came to the process recovery center from a 40 day inpatient facility and from the moment I arrived I was treated like I was the most important person in their program From the ownership to clinical staff to case managers they welcomed me with open arms. Everyone always made time for me in group and one on one whenever I needed it. I can’t say enough about what this place has done for me in the past couple months. I’m endlessly grateful for being involved in a program at Process Recovery Center. The staff members and house managers here are so compassionate and caring for every single client that walks in their door. There’s always someone to talk to, and I know I can talk to ANYONE that works here if I’m having a bad day because they all understand what we’ve gone through and are going through currently. I’ve learned so much about my addiction and myself as a person that is going to continue to help me in the future, and will allow me to help others as well. This program allows you to be yourself without any judgement or fear of rejection, even from the other clients. They started recovery basketball on sundays, a resource center called revive , sober living called rise above and also a recovery barber shop called rise Barbor shop. My experience was life changing! Great people who truly care about helping others. Both staff and owners are there to help along what could be a nerve wrecking experience especially for someone just comming into a treatment facility for the first time. They created a safe and welcoming place for me where I felt comfortable enough to open up and begin to heal. The tools I learned here I use on a daily basis and I can honestly say I would not be sober today if I wasn't blessed with the opportunity to go through the process. Process Recovery is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend it for anyone struggling with an addiction and is serious about getting help. The staff are absolutely amazing- most of them in recovery from addiction/alcoholism themselves... so they GET IT. The groups are well-thought and engaging covering various topics from relapse prevention to life skills to 12 step based. I have been to several IOPs and rehabs and process 100% takes the cake. They go above and beyond for each individual client, making sure their treatment plan is perfect and reasonable for that individual. The process recovery center assists in reintegrating addicts into society . I have never seen a program do so much for their clients. they offer substance abuse groups and one on ones with people who are well educated in the field . Clients go on day trips and weekend activities that help them to enjoy life with out the use of drugs.Joseph Hayes, Nicole White, and Chris helped me get my sister into the program . she was living on the streets severely addicted to drugs . This place is the bees knees, honestly treatments going to be hard at the beginning for anyone. But the staff really care you'll develop relationships with clients, all I can say is you can do this, you can beat addiction and at the end of the day process staff and clients will be cheering you on, they won't let you down, staying sober may seem impossible but it's not, you can do this, process can help you, in fact process can save you.
