I like this venue fine, but it is hard to find using GPS. I also hate to bring it up but as someone who use to find ways to drink here in high school and who was recently let in for a drinking event without checking my ID, I really think there's a need for bartender training. I can’t recommend attending swing dancing on Wednesday nights enough! I returned after five years and found the same kind, fun-seeking atmosphere I remembered as a teenager! The loft is a really beautiful place to have a smaller wedding/event. I don't recommend it if you're having more than 90 guest especially if you plan on dancing. The atmosphere is cozy, the light show is amazing, great sound system. The vault was also beautiful. More...

Our story begins Sunday, January 9th, 2022. My daughter and her then fiancé chose the date and made all the arrangements for the ceremony and reception after choosing The Loft as the venue. As with the large majority of other "typical" weddings, the invitations were sent, guests confirmed, bridal party selected, caterers chosen and the photographer lined up for "the big day". A number of people were expected to arrive from out of state. That Friday our daughter, the bride, became very ill and tested positive for Covid the next day! Needless to say, we were all sent scrambling to adapt to such an atrocity. Upon learning the news, I immediately reached out to Ariana who was the wedding coordinator to inform her that we could no longer follow through with the original plan on that date. She was very understanding and offered to postpone the event until another yet-to-be-determined date. She was very kind and compassionate about it which certainly eased some of the stress of the moment. Fast forward to a year later. Thankfully this time everybody was healthy and the ceremony/reception took place as planned for a fabulously beautiful experience! Ariana was very helpful on the big day and worked very well with us. She was very calm and easy to work with, accommodating the bride's requests amiably. I am sure it helped that there weren't many or complicated requests, and the bride was extremely pleasant through it all, but Ariana's attitude was greatly appreciated nevertheless. The venue itself has a cozy but open feel to it. The upstairs area was very nice, giving extra room. We didn't have a lot of people but we certainly didn't feel crowded. And The Collective was a cool additional area to host the "cocktail hour". In summary, I would highly recommend The Loft if you are planning a wedding in the Colorado Springs area. Came here for a Sweet Sixteen birthday party and enjoyed our time there. Pretty nice set-up with space for a dinner buffet, cake table and treat area - or however you want to set it up. Plenty of room for dancing or visiting with an area upstairs for kids to enjoy. Adequate bathrooms for the 50 people that attended plus space for storing extra equipment and personal items. We were able to make use of the TV for a video and the disco ball for dancing. Everyone had a great time. It was hot, though, and the fans did not keep it cool enough so had to step out front several times to cool off. People from the street kept stopping in to see what was going on so a sign or some way to acknowledge a private party would have been helpful. Overall, good venue. More...

We got married here a couple weeks ago. We fell in love with the unique venue with the first tour. We opted for the all inclusive deal, complete with using their recommendations on bartender, officiant, and caterer, which also did the cake too. They handled everything so well for us we were actually worried we were missing something, but nothing was missed. Ariana was our coordinator and she is the best! She took a lot of stress out of the wedding planning, and was there all day for the wedding to make sure everything was in place, and getting anything we needed that day. I am so happy with our experience here! Go with this venue. It's amazing.Now with all this stated above, I did originally give 5 stars, but I felt the need to give an edit simply because of how much money people put into weddings. I am a little bummed with how the photographer panned out so far. From April when we booked the wedding up until the day before the wedding we were under the impression that the owner Uriah would be our photographer. We looked at his work online and was very impressed. Then the day before the wedding we were made aware that some other guy from out of town would be our photographer. I trusted the team at the loft that this wouldn't be an issue. Well, from the two or three he showed us on the screen on the camera that day, our wedding photos seemed great. I can tell you more if I ever get them. He told us he would get us 5 or 6 photos "right away" to share online. Over a month out and I have nothing but a text saying they will be done at the end of the week... that was almost 2 weeks ago. I still reccomend this venue, but you must be forward with the team if you need anything done. More...
