Specifically, my practice is focused on working with people who are:
Pressured by anxiety, stress, or burnout;
Feeling stuck, lost or without a clear sense of purpose;
Bogged down by overwhelm, over-thinking, and self-doubt;
Experiencing grief and loss;
Struggling with transition and change;
Feeling barriers to expressing authentic self.

My work with folks will support them in finding clarity on what they want and who they want to be, help identify and heal internalized messages that get in the way of living authentically, build a foundation of self-love and self-compassion, and create a healing plan with real and specific ways to create lasting change - all in service to working through whatever struggles they may be going through.

I offer a complimentary clarity session (in person or on zoom) designed to identify and work with challenges or barriers that get in the way of knowing what you want and who you want to be. During the session, we will clarify what may be missing or what you deeply desire for the next phase of your life, as well as begin to identify the root causes of any patterns or dissatisfaction and begin to work with them so that you have a clear and meaningful path forward. If you get value out of our time together and would like to hear more about working with me on an ongoing basis, I’d be happy to share more details about what that would look like at the end of the session.
