What do you love most about your job?
Supporting clients in expanding possibilities for themselves and things that they care about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This is chapter 3 for me. A former leader at at Fortune 50 financial services firm, I decided to honor my gifts and lean into amplifying that of others. So 10 years ago, I took a chance on me and started this work.

Yes! Our coaching is primarily done virtually. When working with large teams, we may be onsite.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have always had the infrastructure to deliver services virtually. We have not had to make accommodations for clients.
