How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By discussing the clients personal taste, the mood they'd like to set, how they want people to feel during the event. Giving them exactly what they need that best reflects their vision.
What do you love most about your job?
That I get to feed people. I get to make them feel special and make them realize that food is meant to be shared, celebrated and enjoyed. It's all about creating the memory.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I lost my job when covid hit. I decided to take the trailer I had purchased a few years ago and turn it into a food truck and I haven't looked back. I have always catered on some level part time and dreamt of leaving corporate. So I took a chance and bet on myself.

Becuase I will do everything I can to make your day as special as I can. I refuse to serve anything that I wouldn't give to my loved ones and friends. I want to create memories that you'll have forever!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
It takes a lot of adapting. I follow all updated protocols and I'm fully licensed and insured. I have flexibility that restaurants and venues don't offer as I come to you.
