Did an OK job, but I did find many missed things like cobwebs near the floorboards, cobwebs in corners of room, floors "cleaned" but left sticky, and actually not all that clean, stairwell handrail area not cleaned at all, and nothing left looking shiny. The owner, Teshayla, and her team were extremely professional, swift, and spotless. I used the Cleaning Plug services twice in the last two months. Just like Sophia's notes. I sent out the request and Teshayla sent the quote back. Once we agreed on the terms and the contract signed, they just rolled in right away. One of the properties was in really bad shape (dog smells, dirt, and grease everywhere). Normal people would not want to live in such conditions. We want to restore it as soon as possible.
