I've been having my home serviced by the Bugman for the last 5 years...they've been consistent with their work and thoroughness.  My latest tech  Ignacio was amazing.  Not only did he find the source of termites which wasn't easy, he also found a water leak in my wall and going under the foundation.  After he was done addressing the termite issue, he stayed and investigated  finding the source of the water leak, then giving me suggestions of what to do next, and this had nothing to do with the termite issue.  He went way above and beyond and it was so very much appreciated.  And he did it all with a great attitude.  Thank you Ignacio for the great service!Gabe More...

The BugMan is the best! My company moved into a building that had been vacant for a while, so to say the least we had a major bug problem inside and out of our 34,000sq ft. Mark Goldin came out and did the initial spray of the inside and out. Knocked down all the webs from windows, rafters, awnings etc. His attention to detail and his knowledge really set him apart from other places I have had to deal with. He set my company up with a maintenance plan and assured me the Tech that would be covering us going forward (since we weren't in Marks territory) would be just as great and he was right! Raul Espino came out this morning to do our quarterly service and he was kind, courtesy and professional. His attention to detail to knocking down all the webs and spraying all areas just as Mark did, has left me reassured I will not have to worry about anything in between services. I was recently referred to this company by a friend because of a bee swarm issue. John was amazing and went above and beyond to remedy the problem! I was so impressed by this company that I am moving my annual termite preventative service from a company I have used for 15 years to this company! I enrolled in their quarterly bug remediation service and am updating my previous review. I continue to be top box satisfied with John and his expertise and thoroughness but this time I was completely satisfied with the philosophy of the company. I received their email to schedule my quarterly service and called to select a different date/time and confirm that John was still the tech assigned to my area. Initially, I was told John had been rotated to another area but upon my expressing concern about changing techs, I was assured John would be responding to my service. I was thrilled!! There is nothing I dislike more that finding a tech with a company and having that person rotated away. It started with the yearly inspection, Ignacio has a lot of experience working in this business and it showed. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The Bugman company is the best!!! Eddie, the inspector, was thorough, honest, and fantastic to deal with. Isiah, the terminator , was thorough, caring, understanding, and awesome! !! Years ago I called the Bugman for my subterranean termites and they did a fantastic job back then. A few weeks ago I discovered the I had dry wood termites in the attic and called the Bugman for an inspection. Eddie came out and inspected every square inch of my home, didn't rush through anything (took a couple of hours probably), patiently answered all my questions and concerns, showed me pictures of everything that was problematic and everywhere that treatment was needed. Isiah came out and did the local treatment and was fantastic to work with. Gave great attention to all the areas that needed treatment. I felt he took care of my job as if it was at his own home.Before signing up with the Bugman, I called another company just to price shop the job. The rep from that company went in to the attic for about 5 minutes and said he saw a lot of wings and that I need to tent the house. Puzzled by how quickly he came to that conclusion, I asked if he could show me the areas he was troubled by and if anything could be done with local treatment to address the infestation. The rep said my whole attic was infested and only treatment option is tenting. Completely not true!I have a large attic and only a portion of it had some infestation and the second company wanted to charge me many thousand$$ for tenting. The Bugman group did a local treatment in the infested area and I paid a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge for unnecessary/excessive work.Thank you to everyone at the Bugman!!!! I do a lot of my own repairs. I'm not a pro, but I'm good enough to know when somebody's really good.Ben C. performed the most thorough termite inspection I've seen. It revealed more damage than we had hoped. Isaiah spent awhile squeezing into corners to treat everything.Narcizo brought Art G. and Daniel to do three days of wood repair. In many places, their repairs are better than the original construction. Our painters mentioned the quality of their work, too. Art also replaced a damaged exterior door, again, better that the original.I was totally confident in, and comfortable with, everyone working on my house throughout the process. I've had an annual termite contract for many years. Recently (between renewals), I discovered some termites in a corner of the living room. At no additional charge for such a service call, technician IGNACIO LOPEZ came to treat the problem. He was on time, professional, well-groomed, gracious, and wearing shoe covers.He quickly discovered two pinholes in the wall, treated them through  those same pinholes, and checked adjacent walls and window sills and casings to be sure there were no other infestation sites. We called to get pricing for ants and spiders. Initially, I spoke with Carmen who was very sweet and efficient, but after I couldn't get service same day, I asked to speak with the manager and got transferred to someone named Nicole. At first I was hopeful to get service, but after she quoted me, she wanted to raise the price from quarterly treatments to single treatment. I did not like that or the way Nicole handled it, she knew I was already upset and didn't try to rectify the situation. I have been a customer of this business for a few years now. My resent service was one of the best yet! On 8/3 I had my annual inspection and treatment by Ignacio Lopez. He was promptly on time and very courteous. He then wrote me up a very reasonable estimate for wood repair.On 9/16, Art Gonzalez and Oscar Perez, showed up promptly on time and made all of the repairs needed. My wife and I have been using the bugman services for more than 12 years and we are continuing customers. Great value in using the Annual Service Agreement to maintain the properties from termite and bugs. Recently our two - 4plex units In Costa Mesa required termite attention. Our ownership of 42 years gave us no excuse for delaying recognition of the extent of the termite infestation.The supervisor took time and effort to ruthlessly probe all areas of both units …. to tent or treat and repair?. We chose treat and repair Great Job!To tent and fumigate would have interrupted the tenants use of their units.Eddie Hernandez ran the projects. We received the final detailed reports in full. I called the bugman out to my house a couple years ago because of an ant's and spiders . A gentleman buy the name of Mark came out and did his thing and haven't seen any ants or spiders since. He takes all the cobwebs down from my patio cover and just a very pleasant person. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff. He is so great. He's super informative and helpful. He educated us on what to do to keep pests at bay in between services and recommended products to really keep our family safe. I have two little ones and I am so paranoid about chemicals coming in contact with them. Jeff is so sensitive to my worries and always relieves any anxiety I may have about spraying.
