I called and they told me they would have me scheduled for Wednesday 7/27. I got a text saying I was scheduled for Thursday 7/28 between 10am-12pm.
Thursday morning I get another text to let me know that they cancelled my appointment and would let me know when I’d be rescheduled. When I texted the number back asking for my rescheduled date, no one responded or called me.
Poor customer service.

I am looking forward to when our contract ends. I hardly see these people come in and we pay $43 a month.. during winters they didn’t show up for 2 months and we had to call them in. We were told that in summer it’s going to every month. Still have to call them every month to remind them. What a waste of money! the first visit was good , after that we have to remind them to come in. If It’s our job to notice the nests and call them in, means they are not doing their job.
