The Animal Keeper

The employees there are nice, some are extremely nice, but I do not recommend The Animal Keeper based on my dog’s most recent visit. We had her there overnight and needed to keep her there until 4pm the next day. We picked her up at that time and when we got home she ran straight to the back door, went outside and went to the bathroom both ways. She came inside and drank about half her bowl of water. She was desperate for water. If I’m paying an extra $35 to have her stay an additional four hours after normal check out time, I EXPECT her to be treated in a dignified way and at minimum let her go to the bathroom and give her access to fresh water until it’s time for pick up. The entire staff is always so friendly. My dog is always excited when he enters the lobby and is happy to go into the back with whomever is taking him back.
