What do you love most about your job?
Don: What I love most about my job is seeing my clients make committed decisions, which leads them to feel more empowered and more self-confident in designing the results they desired. This is very rewarding as a coach. I love that I am able to stay in the study as I continue on my own personal growth journey.
Jason: What I love most about my job is seeing my clients light up when they begin to see significant changes in their lives. I love sharing experiences from my personal life journey, and I love learning from the experiences of the people I work with.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Don: My path to self-discovery and personal growth led me to working with a life coach. Through this process, I learned that I am truly in the driver's seat and can create the life that I desire. I was greatly inspired by the changes that I was witnessing in my own life and realized that my true purpose is to share what I learned with others so they, too can live a life of purpose and fulfillment.
Jason: Inspiration to start my own business came from my own experience with a life coach. As I learned to dream big, I realized that nothing was out of the realm of possibility. I knew that I wanted to share with others what I had learned, and this led me to becoming a life coach.

Jason: I have been in education for over 20 years, as a classroom teacher and instructional coach. I have experience working with groups and individuals of various ages and backgrounds to help them create goals and reach desired outcomes. My colleagues have often noted my ability to balance patience, compassion, and firmness--all of which are required when working with others to help them grow.

Most of our services are provide online. Coaching sessions usually take place via Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since most of our services are provided online or remotely, we have not had to make any adjustments to our delivery due to Covid-19. In the event that we are asked to conduct business face-to-face, we would ensure that all protocols required by health officials are implemented.
