I have 25-years' experience in higher education teaching, leading, and coaching students, faculty, staff and administrators. I've experienced transformation many times in my life and understand well both the fear and power of embracing change. With joy and a little trepidation, I walked away from a job-for-life as a tenured professor to pursue coaching full-time in my own business, thus living out my passion to support others to uncover and live to their highest potential. My formal education includes Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate degrees, plus coaching certifications, yet decades of commitment to trying new things and risking failure has contributed significantly to my expertise in coaching you to tame that inner chaos so you can begin taking those small steps that make lasting change.
