10/10 Best Experience ever! My pup was in desperate need for a full groom and it went great could not be happier! They were kind and gentle with my boy and I could tell from the moment I picked him up he was a happy  pup! May I add I have gone to someone else in the past and they just shaved down his face And had no patience with him so he didn't like the groomers until now! We have now found our regular Grooming and will definitely be back monthly! :) More...

Never again will I will bring my dog to Tailwaggers. After the second visit since the new owners took over my experience has been underwhelming. When I arrived to pick my little puppy up I asked if she had clipped his dewclaws which was on my instructions with her husband/partner. Â The groomer claimed my dog did not have any dewclaws. When I pointed them out to her she was quite surprised. The reason she couldn't find the dewclaws was because she hadn't even trimmed my dogs hair around his paws. His fur was as long as when I dropped him off. The instructions were for a summer cut all over the body except for the four paws. I wanted a little bit of fur left on the paws. His ears were not clipped his tail was matted when we got him home, so overall very disappointed. More...

Wow!Wow!Wow!Lisa and Robert, owners of Tail Waggers are amazing people in grooming and personally. When I found out that Lisa grooms dogs with Special Needs, I broke down in tears. I couldn't find any groomers in town that did. My toy poodle Riley, had lost the use of his back legs in the past year and was unable to stand. This caused other issues from his injury, including a change in temperament, causing biting and growling, incontinence and loss of bowels.They took the time to give me tips to help me deal with his changes. I also came in with a new doggie wheelchair that I had just received and did not know how to use it. Â After his haircut, they strapped him into the wheelchair. That, in and of itself, was amazing as Riley would not even let me pick him up without growling and biting. Riley then took off like he had been using it for a while. To make all this so special, they recorded the whole experience on video for me. It was so touching to have those memories of grooming and the wheelchair experience forever. The owners, Lisa and Bobby were so welcoming and patient. My dog had  2 groomers since she was a pup. The only reason why we had to shop for a new groomer because the past groomer had a new career change and recently our old groomer lost her shop due to Covid. It was very difficult for me to entrust my fur child with just anyone.  My fur child, Stella is a rescue pup.  She has history with experiencing trauma as a puppy and I know that stems with a lot of her current behaviors when interacting with new people or going to new places.  Generally, she does not warm up easily to new people. Especially when I am around. She is over protective of me.  When I called them, they were so patient explaining and answering all of my questions I had for them. It was so important for me to have groomers who has experience working with dogs who has a history of trauma and how they would deal or interact with a dog that struggles warming up to new people.  My dog can be such a sweetheart when she warms up, but she is guarded most of the time. I can tell how much they showered her with so much love and attention as she left the place wagging her tail.  It is truly noticeable when my dog is scared or overwhelmed. Not this time! She left as a happy pup They also did such a phenomenal job with her cut and she smelled sooooo fresh and clean. They also put a cute adorable flower on her. Great experience, no complaints whatsoever. This place is located in a strip mall on the southeast (?) corner of Sahara and rainbow by cheeba hut. I called on Sunday to inquire about prices and they were able to get me in Monday morning at 9 am. They told me they usually book up fast so they recommend calling around 3 days in advance. The service for my 20 lb terrier mix is regularly priced at $45. This includes bath, teeth brush, ear cleaning, nail clipping and popping the anal sacks or glands or whatever makes your dog rub its butt on the ground lol. The place is small so if you see people waiting outside it's because the check in area literally fits 2 people and 1 dog so wait your turn! Overall, what I loved most was that this was clearly a family business run by people that love dogs. They were patient with my rescue pup that barks and gets a little anxious around other dogs. They seemed to really know how to handle their business while keeping the dogs' happiness and comfort in mind. Personally I encourage everyone to support local businesses and give Tailwaggers a try before you go to petco or petsmart. My pooch peaches was so happy and clean. I when I took her home. :) More...

Omg I'm so glad I found Lisa & Robert (and their team)!! I've been wanting to find a personal smaller groomer instead of dealing with the pet stores and they have a client forever! I walked in and they greeted mama my fur baby with so much love! They were very kind and very knowledgeable about how mamas fur should be. They took their time with her especially since she is not a big fan of spa days quite yet. They love her like their own and that's what I was looking for. Thank you Tailwaggers so much, see you soon! After being on the road for 2 1/2 months with our pups, they were dire need of ALL the things, since they've missed their monthly grooming appointments. Using YELP, found and read through quite a few reviews and landed on Tailwaggers. Sent a message.... but did you know.... YELP also does you a "favor" and selects 2-3 other random shops who also receive that email??? All of them replied, but the kindness, reassurance and honest response from Lisa at Tailwaggers still stood out. No pressure to schedule, just let us know and we'll get your "babies" in. Today was such a blessing. Dropped off our pups - Lisa and her husband clearly love their work and KNOW dogs. Our pups received the full treatment... all aspects of grooming are included in one VERY reasonable price! Our dogs looked better than when clipped by our regular groomer! Our dogs were calm and happy AND adorable when we picked them up. Lisa was on time, communication was clear and friendly... we'd definitely make this our groomer if we lived here. In fact... I sent out a message to local groomers for an appt needed within a couple of days. Lisa messaged back almost immediately with availability the next day. I just needed a quick nail trim and an anal gland expression before heading out of town. (For my dog, if that's not clear.)The ladies there were super nice and Lisa was very warm and friendly. She was so quick about just taking my little Frenchie back and she was done in 10 minutes. The pricing is incredibly reasonable as well. I normally take my pups to the vet down the street, but they won't take appts and I've been there as long as 2 hours waiting. So I'd much rather drive further for better service and a quick turn around. Thank you, Lisa! You're awesome! More...
