We were first time home sellers and worked with Joe Gomez. Joe was amazing to work with! He was punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, very easy to talk to, and patient with us as we went through this process for the first time. We never felt rushed and always felt like we were his number one priority. We followed his recommendations for staging and pricing and had an offer in less than a week and closed in 30 days! I am one of T2M Real Estates first rented properties. I was searching for a company to take care of my property like it was their own. Sure, I could have gone with a big company but then my house would've been just another drop in the bucket that would've most likely been neglected. T2M took the fear and anxiety away as I got orders out of the state and then out of the country. My home has been in great hands while I'm away. The house is always rented and the maintenance is always taken care of. The only thing I ever have to to do is check my account each month to see the rent is deposited, which I also get emails that a deposit is pending. T2M has proven they care and can get the job done with the highest results.
