Sydney has been my coach for a little over a year now, and she’s truly the best! I think of her more as a friend that I can confide in whenever I need help or just need to vent. Sydney is super approachable and easy to talk to, especially when I need an objective point of view on something I’m struggling with. She has also given me the tools to handle my own if I need, primarily with stress and anxiety management. Recently she’s been working on some more coaching workshops for young adults like me and for adults as well, which I’m super excited for.
