Honest and punctual! I was shopping for a carpet cleaning company for a home I'm selling. I had two other companies quote me $189. 99 and $205.00. Roger gave me a bid around the same price, but then he told me about a coupon he was running on angies list. He didn't have to do that,but it highlighted his integrity and honesty. Its hard to find a company that puts people before profits,but I highly recommend hiring Roger because you will get just that. Best service from a provider I have ever had! The cool thing was that I was reminded of my appointment the day before, notified of his arrival and departure the next day. It came in as a text notification the same as the airlines use to remind you of a flight. Very innovative and helpful! My total cost was $124.00 and the carpets look brand new. I have three dogs and my carpets haven't been professionally cleaned in years, SWAT came in and did the pet treatment, cleaned the carpets and I added on cleaning and sealing the tile and cleaning my couch and recliner, the house smells amazing and looks great!

Thanks to my sweet but lazy dog that likes to pretend his has amnesia causing him to have accidents in my home, I've had to use S. W.A.T. Steam cleaning service NUMEROUS times and have NEVER been disappointed. They're on time, professional, and quick. I've even had furniture cleaned by them that looked like brand new again! Not only was it fast but it was great I never thought anyone would ever be able to get the pet stains out of my carpet but Roger did a amazing job and fast. Absolutely amazing!

I had an arm chair and an area rug that needed some serious attention and I’d heard a good review about S. W.A.T so I decided to give them a call. They answered the phone promptly, gave me a ridiculously great quote and even had time available just a few hours from when I called. They texted when they were on their way, within the window of time they’d quoted me, got to work quickly and did an AMAZING job. Roger was so friendly and made sure I was happy with the job when a few tiny spots when lift.

Very reasonably priced for the work Roger does! I've had my husbands car steam cleaned and although Roger said the smoke smell may not go away. .. it did! Affordable, friendly, and very efficient. I definitely recommend S.W.A.T. Steam Cleaning! I'm sitting here on the couch after Roger just left and our carpet is currently drying- I'm so pleased, I decided to write this review. We chose to have our living room and bedroom cleaned, and when I asked for a quote online through their website, I heard back via e-mail the same afternoon. Two days later, we were able to book an available appointment time and we appreciated the 2-4pm window (rather than the 8am-5pm window internet providers give). Even better, we received a text heads-up when they were on their way.Before Roger even rang the doorbell, he had all of the equipment from the S.W.A.T. van unloaded and ready to go! I showed him the rooms we were hoping to clean, and I apologized for the section of carpet in the corner of our bedroom that our dog had destroyed by scratching/digging a "bed". He said, "If you're interested, this is something we could repair in the future- up to you." (we just may do that!) We are moving into a new house, where the previous tenants had pets and had done some pretty severe damage to the carpets. I called SWAT last week for a quote to clean my upstairs living room, hallway, stairs, and downstairs living room. I booked an appointment between 12-2p for the following Friday for everything since not only were they highly recommended, but they actually answered the phone and had GREAT prices! They called about 45 minutes before getting here, as they said they would, and got here exactly at noon. Pet stains, kid stains, and just life stains were on all the carpets.  They were here for a little under two hours and got everything smelling and looking amazing!! We have had SWAT out several times over the last 4-5 years and each time they are courteous, careful and complete the job perfectly.  On occasion we have requested last minute add-ons which they accommodate graciously.  They also did this amazing carpet transplant replacing a Gatorade stained bedroom patch with one from a never used closet. I have had SWAT out several times to clean our carpets.  We have 9 children and, as you can imagine, our carpets take a beating and need cleaned regularly.  SWAT is always very friendly on the phone calls when I am setting up service.  Their prices are great.  They are on time and do a great job.  We also used them when we were putting our house on the market to try and sell.  We scheduled them out to simply clean the carpets, but ended up having them do several repair jobs on carpet that had been inadvertently bleached.  They are always accommodating and gracious when I add in last minute cleanings on top of what I originally schedule them out for.  Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning company. I called these guys for a few reasons. .. for one,  they are close by.  Two, they didn't have 5 stars but after reading all the reviews it seemed like most people where happy with service overall except some small details that wasn't an issue that I couldn't call for service. I called the Soto's and scheduled the appointment.  They came on time,  where very nice and cleaned my carpet really well! I have a pug so I asked to have them treat for the smell where he sleeps at.  Hell, while they where affordable and good at cleaning, I had then clean the couches too.  Highly recommended and now my home is fresh and so clean clean! These folks came out in February to clean out carpets, after we bought a mattress that was so smelly that it permeated the carpet in that room.  I still cannot believe what a good job they did - every morning when I walk into my home office, I'm reminded because I no longer have to look at stains in that carpet that I thought were there for good.  They also got all the smell out of my son's room where the mattress was.  On time, polite and personable, couldn't ask for more.  They do grout cleaning and color sealant so when we're ready to finally deal with our tile floor downstairs I am giving them a call.
