A Sun Coast salesman came to my door which was just as well because I have been contemplating insulated windows for 7 years. One of the things that impressed me was the longevity of its employees.   My salesman was John Leonard who demonstrated all the features of the Anlin windows they sell. He has been with the company for close to 10 years.  The windows they sell are top of the line. They were ordered in September and installed in late October. The installers had been with the company 4 years. Installation went smoothly and they were done in 1 day.  My windows are great and worth every penny.  They really do keep the cold out and I have not had to turn on the heater yet. I anticipate not having to run the air as much in the summer. My bedroom slider faces the complex pool and I endured a lot of noise for a lot of years. Gone. Sun Coast just completed some work at my home. They repainted the trim of my house and they installed 7 new windows on the front of the house. From the beginning I dealt with Jon M. He throughly explained all the details of the work and all the pricing involved. First they had the painters come out. There were three guys and they were all very professional while working here. They were here for 4 1/2 days sanding down, replacing bad wood, priming, and painting my house trim. House looks so much better. Today the window guys came and installed custom made Anlin Windows. Windows look awesome and the 2 guys that came were in and out within 5 hours.  Overall good experience with Sun Coast. Fair and up front pricing and they even fixed some things that they didn't charge for (Stucco and some 2x8's that were broken during the process). Good work as well. More...

Jeff A with Sun Coast Remodelers gave me a call after I made the selection of new windows for my condo. We made arrangements for him to come out to measure my exisisting windows. He arrived on time, was friendly & courteous & done in 15 mins. Once my order of ew windows arrived, he called & we arranged an install date. His crew arrived on time, were friendly & worked efficiently. They were also mindful of dirt & provided coverage of furniture & carpet. Sun Coast really went above and beyond. We had a 3 decades old roof that was in pretty bad condition but now it looks beautiful, divine and pristine because of Sun Coast's amazing work. The quality is in the materials.   They even recommended various solutions for some other home improvement issues as well as ideas that helped us improve our patio and kitchen windows!  Rex was very helpful in the booking process and very reliable on scheduling times.  The contractors did prep-work before they dismantled our roof and windows. We needed to get our garage re-roofed and windows repaired, because our homeowners insurance was going to cancel us if we didn't repair these things. We called Sun Coast Remodelers, because they are part of the HERO program. We explained that we needed to get this done quickly, so we didn't lose our homeowners insurance. What a great experience, all around! I was approached by a door to door salesman signing up for an in house appointment. I had been needing to get my roof done and was going with a guy who was unlicensed because of the price. I decided to let Suncoast come and talk to me about what they could do. I want to preface my review saying that I am a single female and feel vulnerable with these situations. Jason was the Sales rep that came by to tell me what Suncoast can do for me. He was polite, personable and friendly, no pressure. I enjoyed his visit and all the work he did to get me the best price possible, including qualifying me for HERO. He was also available when I called him throughout the job. Then Edgar and the crew showed up and I was amazed at how many guys there were to do the tear-off! Edgar was the foreman and what a great guy! Edgar, like Jason, was totally available by phone/text and was very accommodating. Edgar and his crew were great about keeping me informed and updated. Edgar went above and beyond quite a few times. I really appreciated his time and expertise.I have a historic home (1906) which came with some obstacles when they were roofing, but Edgar mastered it all. I have the most beautiful roof on the block!I so appreciate these guys and Suncoast for making it easy for a single, cautious girl! Thank you so much!! Great job guys! I've decided to give Sun Coast Remodelers a try after their salespeople did a round through my neighborhood in Poway. The rear half of my house is in dire need of stucco wall since the plywood panels are bare to the sun and the termites. Jason, the representative that came to my house for estimate did a very good explanation of my options as well as values that I can get with each option. In the end, I went with their Coolwall coating. I understand that this is one of the priciest options but Jason gave me a really good deal that I can't really say no to.Joe, the project manager, did a really good job coordinating the works. Now the wall and the coating jobs are done, I'm extremely happy with what I got. Out here on the east side of Poway, the summer heat is brutal. Already, I can tell the difference. The heatwave of the past week did not make the house feel like a toaster oven.The works done by Sun Coast are really high quality. Sun Coast Remodelers did a great job installing my Solar Power Plant. As a CFO, I wanted to know I was getting the best financial return and best value. I didn't have to put any money down, I will be getting about $6,000 back on my next tax return and I own the system, no lease. Now that's a good return on investment. Sun Coast got me the best panels and inverters in the industry and they knew all of the government incentives so I didn't have to pay out of my pocket. They set me up on one of the new state PACE programs called YGRENE which is available in Chula Vista.I feel confident going forward because I have a 25 year warranty on the panels and inverters and it's backed up by Sun Coast. Just had "Joe" in our house and he was great! We didn't buy but we are definitely considering it!!! And NO I am NOT a "friend" of the company! All of these people saying that they are too pushy....GET OVER YOURSELVES! It's their job to try and sell you! Joe was great and courteous, they are not the cheapest and it's for a reason, because they have a great product! I found SunCoast Remodelers from a door-to-door guy who offered to send someone to do a "no-pressure" quote on new windows. A few days later the salesman came and impressed me with the quality of the windows and also the before and after pictures he showed me. This was not a "no-pressure" sales approach. I found the approach to be very high pressure. That being said, I feel like we came to a fair price on the windows and I got a financing plan. The window prices are middle of the road, leaning towards expensive.The project manager, Jeff Adams, who came and did the final measurements and was my liaison with the company was very professional and flexible about the time he came out to my house. He was extremely helpful and kind. The company dealt with my condo board entirely on their own, which was great, especially since they can be a pain.The installers arrived on time and worked relatively quickly even though they were missing tools and equipment. They told me this was because the team was spread thin on this particular day. The windows and patio door they installed all function perfectly and are exactly what I expected. They cleaned up well after themselves and disposed of my old windows. They touched up paint in any places that were needed after the install. The work they did looks absolutely perfect. I had an issue with one rude employee during my install, which suncoast took the initiative to contact me about and resolved completely and quickly. I love my solar tube!  I have always wanted a sky light in my kitchen and now, thanks to Suncoast, I've got one!!!!The job was done quickly, neatly, and in a timely fashion.  The price was fair and the work is of high caliber.  I am very pleased and would highly recommend Suncoast to anyone looking for a solar tube.  I'm sure they do an awesome job with windows as well, but I can't vouch for that! These guys know what they're doing. I've met them, I've seen their work, and heard their customers rave about their professionalism. Our neighbors had a disastrous kitchen!!
