Q&As

Amongst our top values are diversity, inclusion and acceptance. We put high priority toward taking the exclusivity out of the coaching world.

For so long, coaching companies have fostered elitism and focused their marketing toward the typical white, straight men and women of the world. Even though our services are available to that market, we want to make coaching more widely available, accessible and approachable to folks from all backgrounds.

As a gay-family owned & operated business, Strive is a place to feel welcomed, heard, valued, affirmed and supported. For members of the LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, or any other under-served community— your time is now.

Services

Best for individuals traveling along a journey of inner work. For individuals looking to make a shift—in whichever way(s) that feel important to you: mindset, attitude, goals, etc. Perhaps you’re looking to:

Cultivate purpose, confidence, authenticity or self worth.
Change your relationship with production, anxiety, depression, rest/play, defensiveness.
Release yourself from expectation, guilt or shame.
Embrace responsibility, negative emotion or mortality.

Perhaps it’s none of these things—and yet you’re on an important journey of your own that you‘d like another person to walk through it with.

Best for couples in relationship that are searching for guidance on how to do something that can be quite challenging: co-existing as individuals in a world paired together. Maybe that means:

Learning to embrace each other’s authenticity while forging a life together.
Building communication skills to support your relationship in all of it’s ups and downs.
Understanding what’s important to your partner and how to show up on the “same team”.
Affirming each others differences and the roles played in the emotional and practical textures of your dynamic.

This service is not a good fit for particularly complex emotional situations, open relationships, polyamory, abuse or relationships on the verge of breakup. These types of work require specialized therapy beyond our skill and we would recommend Live True Counseling and their services.

Best for small teams of people (10 or less) in some type of working relationship that are looking to make a shift in their dynamic and how they work together to aheive their goals. That could be by:

Collaborating in a way that encourages creativity, communication and trust.
Fostering an environment that feels safe, supportive and empowering toward achieving common goals.
Producing in a way that doesn’t sacrifice individual worth or overshadow the heart of your mission.
Respecting boundaries and the strengths/weaknesses of the team to optimize toward a common vision
