I started my journey with Steph wanting to lose weight but when we started working together she completely transformed my idea of weight.
She made me want to gain muscle mass and pushed me to lift more no matter how much I complained, she knew what my body needs.
She transformed how I think of myself and of my body. She made me fall in love with working out and lifting weights. I no longer think of how many calories I need to eat a day because all that matters is how I eat and what healthy foods I put in my body.

Steph has been a super supportive trainer. I don’t really consider myself a very fitness centric person, however Steph has helped me ease into a plan that works well for me, even while I work 70+ hours a week. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients shift how they see themselves and to learn how to put themselves first. So that fitness, eating well, taking time for self care all becomes simple and part of their every day lives.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams lies within you. To finally understand what it is to put yourself first, to love yourself first without ever feeling guilty or ashamed for doing so.
You already have the body of your dreams, now you just have to believe that you do.
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people transform their lives so that they reach their goals while still realizing they can enjoy their life! That they are the main and most important character of their own show.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my business at the start of the pandemic. My whole life I have struggled with my own body and self esteem my entire life. I was always criticized for how I looked so it was difficult for me to really accept the way my body is and to believe in myself.
So when I noticed others were struggling with the same, I decided to move my coaching from just strength training and CrossFit to fully encompass the mindset and self love aspect to training.
I have always wanted to start a business but I have always been scared. Finally being able to love my body naked (physically and figuratively) has opened doors for me that and allowed me to accomplish things for myself that I never believed I could (such as not being able to start a business).
