Let me tell you! Ricardo has wonderful customer service and does excellent work! He was super polite and professional. He did not try to up-sell or jack up the price. I had always used the same carpet cleaner for years, until he sold his business, so I was just taking a chance. Boy am I happy I did! He was punctual and really took his time to do a thorough job.
