A few weeks ago, Mario and his team did an outstanding interior house paint job for our 17 year old home. Included in his rate were things others would have charged much more to do. For example, Mario offered to replace at no charge (using our newly purchased, updated materials,) all the old, polished brass door hardware and old fashioned lighting fixtures. He preferred to use Sherwin Williams, but for a reasonable surcharge, was flexible in allowing us to exchange our preferred Behr Premium paint for his team to use when painting our walls. From our first contact with the company through Rosy, to the new guy who delivers materials to the home, we found everyone to be cheerful, prompt, thorough, reliable and competent. How rare! The team started when promised and they actually ended the job sooner than expected. Team leader José, as well as Roby, Julito and the whole group worked very hard every day and obviously took pride in doing an excellent job. Unusual these days, they go out of their way to please! We had an excellent experience. We have a special needs daughter who needed her schedule to be accommodated, which meant a much later start time in the morning. They were very respectful of our needs. The crew came on time and were very professional and courteous in manner. The work they did is absolutely beautiful! We had a living room, bedroom and attached bathroom completed. We had a very positive experience with Solution Painting. We definitely got our money’s worth from their very hard working crew and their exceptional foreman Daniel. They performed extensive prep work -- power washing the house, patio, and all walkways; and scraping and repairing rotted wood. In addition to painting the house and shutters, they painted all the storm windows and the gutters. When they were done, they did a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves, including scraping off any paint that was on the windows, sweeping out our garage, (which had served as their staging area), and removing all their trash. Mario has been a wonderful resource for interior and exterior painting. He was able to have his crew strip and prep our 1910 home for a beautiful multi-color paint job. The owner is an expert in knowing what kind of paint to use on particular surfaces (i. e. oil vs latex) in order to make the paint last. They painted our last house both the exterior and interior. We hired Solution Painting to paint several rooms in our house, including bathrooms, foyer, living room, ceiling moldings, etc. I was afraid that the 6-8 man crew would create chaos, but it was just the opposite. Every man knew his job, and the foreman consistently checked their work to be sure it was well-done. The workers were friendly, polite;, neat, and careful with our belongings; they made nail pop outs disappear and repaired an uneven ceiling with several large holes so well that even I couldn't identify the original problem. We did have a serious concern about one of the paint finishes, and the foreman was able to create a solution that, in my opinion, was fair to both of us. I would hire them again tomorrow! More...

We've had Solution Painting do work on our house twice. Both times the work was well done- paint only went on places it was supposed to go, the workers were conscientious and polite, the bill was exactly what Mario had quoted. And they cleaned up after themselves EVERY DAY! The first time they painted, they did our outside trim work, and repaired several places where the wood was rotten. We have used Solution Painting Inc. for 2 projects. The first was painting several internal doors and 2 bedrooms. The second project was painting an office, repairing ceiling drywall (from water damage) and hanging cabinets, shelves and curtain rods. The work is meticulous, they ask good questions about the scope of the work. They protect carpets and furniture during the work and clean up and take away all trash after the work is done. After 8 years of tenants, we were moving back into our home & the interior needed to be painted. Mario, the owner arrived promptly for the estimate. He explained that they would patch all holes, nail pops & other damage to the walls. They would then sand and paint each surface with two coats. He gave me an estimate & his price was very fair. You can tell that he takes pride in the company he has built and that he stands behind the work his team does. I knew that if I was not satisfied, he would make it right. And I was not disappointed in my decision. Daniel arrived early on the first day so I could walk him through the house. He was professional, friendly & explained the scope of work each day. The crew (2-5 people) arrived promptly each day & cleaned up before they left. With the exception of a little paint splatter on a window or mirror, or some minor areas of oversight (which they fixed on the last day), they did an amazing job. Good painters! Very timely - the crew was never late and precise with their schedules (taking exactly an hour break, and if longer, then they stayed longer). Friendly crew.They did a great job painting my house - paying attention to the detail (crown molding, chair rail) and went back to correct mistakes. Solution Painting did an amazing job at my home. Their painters arrived on time and even finished the job a day ahead of schedule. They were so respectful of my home, making sure everything was covered from my front door to the second floor where the job was located. When they completed the job my master bedroom and bath looked they belonged in a sample home. The rooms are beautiful. Mario gave me several quotes based on how many rooms I decided to paint. Ultimately I hired them to do my living room, dining room, and foyer. Will (the foreman) was super prompt and went over the whole project and was done earlier than I expected. Email correspondence was thorough from the office. The paint color for my dining room came out exactly as I hoped and looks great. Will used a paint sample to match the foyer and living room to the rest of the house. I have never hired painters before so I can't swear if they were "reasonable" but I'm personally happy with the product and their price point. Thanks guys!! I would recommend and use them again.
