I can’t recommend Decemeber from Soirée Event Designs high enough! We were planning our wedding ceremony and events on our own up until a month and a half prior to the date. As the date became closer, we started to feel a bit overwhelmed with all the details. I received Decemeber’s information from a friend, and from our first interaction, she was a true professional! Because we were less than two months from our wedding, Decemeber moved to schedule our face-to-face meeting quickly. The introduction discussion was well organized and she walked me through all of our vendor details, wedding party, must-haves, etc. My fiancé and I thought we had covered all our bases, but it was obvious after our discussion that there were many other details we needed to address. Decemeber made this feel like a breeze, and immediately helped wrap up finishing touches and assembled a “day-off” timeline. She began coordinating directly with our vendors, to eliminate the stress from the groom and me. Because of all the work Soirée did up front, the day of our wedding was well executed, relaxed and most importantly fun! As the bride, I didn’t have to worry about who needed to be where and when. Decemeber had all of this outlined for us. She even found a new hairstylist two weeks before the wedding, after I decided to make a last minute change! From the first phone call with Decemeber to giving her a hug at the end of our wedding reception, she made wedding planning a stress-free process and our day was executed to perfection! I can't thank Lynsey enough for the incredible job she did as our wedding coordinator! Hiring Lynsey was the best decision we made during wedding planning, hands down. When we did our initial consult, I left the appointment feeling LESS stressed - which was definitely not the case with some of the other coordinators we met. Lynsey was so essential to our wedding. We were having our wedding in KC, but living out of state, and I am sure I would have completely lost my mind without her. Lynsey gave us excellent vendor recommendations, helped us figure out what were missing, created extremely detailed timelines, and coordinated all of the vendors. All of this hard work really paid off - our wedding day ran SEAMLESSLY. I've seen so many weddings where the bride looked stressed out or the family members were frantically trying to shepherd guests around, or the entire thing was running an hour behind. Not at our wedding! Our wedding day was perfect, and most of the credit goes to Lynsey. On top of that - Lynsey was just a joy to talk to and get to know. I am so happy she was a part of our wedding! Even my husband said hiring Soiree for our daughter's wedding was the best money we spent among a pretty long list of wedding expenses and vendors! Lynsey had answers for questions we didn't even know to ask, suggestions on vendors, and experience at our very intimidating wedding venue, the Midland Theater. I never ever had any doubts about her abilities. Hard to imagine a better guide for this emotional and monumental event. She was calm, organized, knowledgeable, and fun. I don't know how we got so lucky to have Lynsey as apart of our wedding day. She was truly a dream for our wedding and was incredibly helpful - I don't know how we could have done this day without her! She was not only incredibly organized, on top of things, had great communication, was efficient with requests, but she also worked so well with the vendors and guests prior to and during the wedding. Lynsey made wedding planning easy and fun! More than anything, she knew the heart of our wedding. She knew exactly what we needed and wanted and how to make it happen so we could have the day we dreamed of. I can honestly say I wasn't stressed or worried about our wedding day because of her help, expertise, and kind heart. I fully trusted her with everything! When I did have a little concern or question about something, she was flexible with her time to talk and help me work through it. There were a few vendors I was struggling to find. She gave recommendations for them and they couldn't have been more perfect to work with either! The day of our wedding was absolutely seamless (and we had huge storms the day of our wedding and were the only building with power but everything was perfect because of her help). Having her there throughout the process and the last month before the wedding was like having an extra friend to work with that knew all of the ins, outs, and secrets to wedding planning - it was great! I could not have asked for a better person than Lynsey to be with us during our wedding planning journey. We live a very hectic lifestyle where both my husband and I travel non-stop. We didn't live in the city where we were getting married, and everything was going wrong during my wedding planning. I reached out to Lynsey for some help, and it was the BEST decision we made during the wedding planning process. She literally took care of EVERYTHING. From making sure all my girls knew exactly where to be and when, to having security at our wedding, to pizza being delivered at 11:00 at night. She is such an incredible planner, but also became a friend. She genuinely wanted my day to be so perfect, and she worked SO HARD to make sure it was. Deciding to hire a coordinator was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding and our sanity. Decemeber was absolutely amazing! She was the epitome of professionalism and organization. Not to mention, an absolute sweetheart. She helped with design, vendor recommendations, and handled absolutely all of the vendor and day of coordination. We literally had nothing to worry about on our big day, other than getting ourselves ready. She handled everything that came her way, from pocket squares and boutonnieres to a potentially embarrassing wardrobe malfunction. Her industry expertise, organizational skills and bright attitude were all instrumental in making our wedding dreams come true. She provided us a ton of advice, to-do lists and reminders which helped keep our planning on track. I would absolutely recommend Soiree Event Designs -- the entire team was wonderful to work with! Even after I made the decision to book them, I didn't have a full understanding of everything they would handle and how thankful I would be for them! The week of my wedding I didn't have a thing to worry about and was able to enjoy every minute. They were all so professional and helpful. Lynsey is extremely detail oriented and had everything so organized -- taking care of things I would have never even thought of. Frances and Kyla were the day of coordinators and executed the plan perfectly. Decemeber was extremely helpful in recommending vendors and bouncing ideas off of her early in the planning process.
