We have used Snaggle Foot now for two vacations and have been very pleased with the service. Our dog loves being at home when we are away, instead of being at a kennel, and Janee takes great care of our baby. Janee is also very helpful and resourceful, on this last trip she alerted us to a water leak and collaborated with our neighbors to take care of Sophie while the water in the house was shut off. We have used Snagglefoot for over 3 years and couldn't be happier! I am so particular (as I'm sure many others are) about my fur-babies and their care and safety. We always travel with them because we can't stand to leave them overnight, but Snagglefoot has been there for daily visits while we work. They come in and let our babies out for potty breaks. They will do more than that but that's all we need. Our special caretaker is Linda and we don't know what we'd do without her! She is extremely reliable, punctual and our babies love her!! She always leaves a daily note about what they did and keeps us informed if anything is out of the ordinary. Janee' is the business owner (and also cares for the fur baby clients) and we are very impressed with her, too. She is efficient in tracking the completed visits and notifying us ahead of time when it's time to make a payment. I can't say enough good things about Snaggle Foot. I have been using them to watch my dogs and turtle for many years. They are always very professional and I know they care about my pets as much as I do. One of my dogs requires a shot twice a day and they have gone out of their to way to make sure she gets it on time. Absolutely loved the service and care Snaggle Foot took with my girls. I have 2 cats and Janee took the absolute best care of them for 3 years. Unfortunately I recently moved out of her service area and I know my girls will really miss her visits. I messed up and forgot to leave a key a few times and she went completely out of her way to make sure my girls were ok while I was out of town. I could not have asked for more out of a pet sitter. I loved receiving daily updates with pics of my girls while away which really helped me rest assured they were being taken care of. Janee is absolutely wonderful! We've used her several times and our dogs love her so much! I really enjoy the visit summary email she sends with a picture.
