We were scheduled for a technician to come out Monday August 21st in the afternoon afternoon since last month. No one showed by 5:30pm so I called and waited on hold to finally get someone. They let me know we are definitely on the schedule someone would be there by 6pm. By 7pm no one showed so I called and again sat on hold to have someone just vaguely say "oh yeah no one's coming we have to reschedule". We did not receive any notice no one was coming or that we needed to reschedule I had to call after a volunteer was waiting since 12. I clarified we are a non profit and have to arrange a volunteer to sit on site and we have a current large stinging insect nest that we are concerned about but waited for our scheduled appointment. I was told we were put on for a rush appointment and we would get a call within 2 hours of opening to scheduled for Tuesday, August 22nd. I never received a call in the morning of Tuesday August 22nd so around 12pm I called and was told sorry nothing I can do but escalate this and you should get a call asap. Now to today. Not only has no one shown up for our service but I never received a call and you email me to "schedule for those week or next" We are severely disappointed with Bug Out More...

I'm contacting you via here as there was no email contact method online other than to get an estimate. I supposedly had service on August 10 however the Ring camera never alerted me to the service tech arriving (where I also leave a key near) and from the service notes, it stated that the cobwebs were removed - they clearly were not. I called and it routed me to a call center (definitely not the home office like McNeely had). I explained to the person who answered and her response was: 1. So you still have roaches? (I never mentioned roaches) 2. Earliest appointment is in another 10 days (and.... being a current customer for 9 years, I was surprised that she couldn't find someone to come sooner especially since this was a complaint and a job not completed). When I voiced my concerns, the receptionist didn't seem to care and had no actual concept of my concern. I'm not happy. I even paid for the August 10 visit - $97- and this service does not meet that level at all. Very disappointed in this company. More...

The bugs are gone! I only rarely see a bug in my house, so the products they use work well. I also very much like having the same technician every time, Reggie, who is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He explains what he is doing and why, and answers all my questions. He is very careful in his inspections looking for signs of wasps etc, and removing whatever he finds. I am notified by phone when he will be here, and he always arrives on time. When I called BUG OUT to address pest issues, Corrisa was the call center specialist and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate.
She accommodated me immediately and scheduled me on the next business day.
When the technician arrived, he was on time and reviewed the situation fully, giving me fully knowledgeable advice and tips on how he services my type of situation and how he would carry out treating the house inside and outside. He was friendly and cordial the entire time and made sure I was pleased. He also made sure I knew of the importance of followup treatments to make sure to prevent any repeat occurrences.
