As a Life Coach, I empower people facing transitions, and that includes everyone at some point in their life! Could be empty nesting, new job, retirement, relationship issues, developing self-confidence, and I've experienced most of these! I believe that my clients are fully capable of navigating life, and my role is to bring out the best in them. We have a choice as to how we respond when faced with challenges, and working with a life coach can provide you with the tools to successfully negotiate your path.

A member of the International Coach Federation, I model my coaching around the standards, ethics, and core competencies of the organization. I work with clients with the underlying question of "who are you being," focusing on the impact our thoughts, actions, and language have on our lives. My background is in education and Japanese language and culture, and I came to coaching as the fulfillment of my calling in this world.
