Never having felt quite right about any doctor I saw, I used to switch primary care doctors every year up until I met Dr. Paige . I have been a patient of Dr. Paige's for 7 years now and currently live an hour away from her practice. Even so, I can honestly say I don't see myself ever looking for another doctor. She is more than worth my time and travel to get to her.

Dr. Paige combines the best of western medicine with holistic healthcare... creating a unique approach that provides a complete big-picture perspective of her patients' health. She is fantastic in determining when it's critical to use medications, when it's beneficial to dive a little deeper to discover potential underlying issues without simply masking symptoms, and when it's necessary to use both methods.

This is a physician that is warm, welcoming and funny... yet she will "Dr. House" the hell out of what's ailing you.. Dr. Paige will NOT simply shrug her shoulders, hand you a prescription and send you on your way. She'll dig, discover and do her absolute best to provide you with some real answers.

I have always been impressed with the amount of time she takes with me and have never felt rushed out the door. She has always taken a seat and talked with me as long as I needed it and she actually listens. She wants to know YOU... not just your illness... and Dr. Paige makes you feel comfortable sharing. She will pay attention to your concerns and work WITH you to come up with a game plan that you are both comfortable with.

I wish every member of my family and all of my friends would see her. I am constantly telling people "I have THE BEST doctor!"

I was recommended by a nurse who was a patient of Paige, but she moved out of state. It has now been approximately 9 or 10 years since I have been a patient of Dr. Gutheil. Every experience with her has been caring and personal. I too am in the healthcare field and understand the frustration patients face, but it's not always the doctors or employees fault. As stated in some of the reviews I read, insurance companies and pharmacy play a huge role in medication prescribing. There are a lot of phone calls and waiting that takes place behind the scenes patients don't know about. When you are providing care to hundreds of patients with different needs it can get a bit frustrating on both ends. I can remember when it was only Paige providing care to her patients. Now she has a team and I believe she is heading in the right direction to help aide patients. We as consumers, patients, and the public should also practice patience. More...
