Scheduling was very simple and accommodating with location options and times. Our photographer was amazing! The original location was inaccessible because of high tide, but he had already scouted the area and found many more options for the shoot within a few hundred feet. The photoshoot was easy to book and the photographer, Natasha was amazing. She had spots scoped out already and we were pleasantly surprised to find out just how much we can do in 30 minutes time. She was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Shoott was very convenient and the whole process was very smooth, fun, and low pressure. The pictures came back to us within 3 days. There was a bit of a snafu with registering on FB but once I contacted customer service, they went above and beyond to schedule a shoot for me an hour later with their talented photog.
