This was the WORST cleaning I have ever had. I have gotten better results when I rented the rug doctor. I am really upset! ! My rugs look horrible, they are still wet, and now they are sticky. The stairs are still soaked with water. Anna Wintour told me they offered Carpet inspection & Assessment, Pre-Service Vacuuming, Door Guard Securement, Corner Guard Placement, Pre-Treatment, Steam Cleaning, Deodorization, Accelerated Drying, Final Inspection & walk through and afterwards we do free sanitization. The guy did not vacuum, no door or corner guards, no accelerated drying, or the sanitization afterwards. The main reason I am upset is because he did not vacuum. If I would have known that he wasn’t going to vacuum then I would have done it myself. My kids had just spilled orange sand and I didn’t get a chance to vacuum it up because I was working. The guy just sprayed cleaner over it and made it an actual stain. He rushed through my house because he was 3.5 hours late! He did 4 rooms and the stairs in 45 minutes! Joshua was fantastic with getting are carpets cleaned. We added last minute 2 area rugs and my husband’s lazy boy microfiber recliner. He got out all the stains from the chair, rugs and carpet. As someone who needed their couch cleaned right away, I was so grateful that they were able to get us in.
