This company is so efficient and well organized and communicated clearly. I called them on a Friday to sift through a huge tractor trailer full of old junk, broken equipment, etc. That was left over from previous tenants and on Monday they arrived and had everything cleared out within 2 days. Carlos and his team are efficient and speedy! Literally, they answered my email request within 20min, and were available to come the next day. The two gentlemen he sent over were very respectful and kind upon entering my property. I was afraid the load I had for trash wouldn't fit on their truck, but they made it work! They were really efficient and was able to clear out what I wanted removed in about an hour. And their rate was quite affordable and reasonable. If I could give no stars, I would! They told me they would be on the job between 3-5! I got a call at 5:55 saying I'm 20 minutes out! You guys wasted my time! This is a horrible way to run your business! The unfortunate part, is I will be needing a junk hauling business many times in the next year or so and Servant King Junk WILL NOT BE DOING IT!!! These guys are awesome! I would give them 20 stars if I could! First I called other companies but they didn't even respond my calls or texts! Then I went on yelp and found these guys, called them and they showed up in less then an hour! The were very polite, on time and their prices so affordable, I just remodel my house and they went far and beyond my expectations, they picked up all the debris and trash from remodeling my kitchen bathrooms and floors and they were very professional! Not only that but they offer to take extra stuff that I had in the garage for a small extra fee! They left my driveway super clean!
