I called this establishment on a Monday and they serviced our screens just two days later. I am impressed on their professionalism. They are friendly, helpful, and the prices are fair. Our window screens were 12 years old, so we re-screened our whole house. The technician, Jason, arrived in time and did the job in a timely manner. He was here a total of an hour and a half. Highly recommend. Â My husband and I have been searching for someone to repair or replace the screens on our windows for a few years because all of them had rips and holes when we bought our house. So far I have used this company twice, but plan to use them again in the near future for several more windows. From the first call to them finishing the job, this company was nothing, but professional. They are very friendly, polite, and hardworking people.The first time Jason came out, he rescreened one of our window screens and also took a look at our Pella screen door to see if he could repair it, but he said I would need to have a Pella representative come out to fix it. It wasn't for repairing the screen, it was for it coming off the track. I completely understood. When Jason repaired the screen, I was a very happy customer. His prices are reasonable, he works efficiently, and he does a fantastic job! Today, I had Jason come back out to give me an estimate to put Suntex Solar Screens on most of my windows. He said they block out 90% of the sun, which is so wonderful! We just recently bought a new heater and air conditoner, so we are trying to make our home more efficient. We are trying to cut back on the heat that is coming through our windows. Our air conditioning guy recommended we have solar screens put on our windows because it will help. He asked if I needed a referral, but I knew I would be calling Jason at Screenmobile.I called to get an estimate. They had a perfect day and time that fit my schedule. When Jason came out, he gave me an estimate for all of my windows. I explained to him I would probably have them done little by little. I also remembered there's a minimum purchase of $99, so I confirmed that with him. I was just going to send him away with just giving me my estimate, but I spoke with my husband and he suggested we have him put 2 solar screens on our living rooms windows to start with. The thing I love about Screenmobile is that they have all of their supplies on the truck and trailer. So, since we decided to have them put on solar screens at the last minute, they were able to do it! We are very satisfied with the job they did and we will have them come back to do the rest of our windows soon. More...

100% positive experience from beginning to end! Â The young lady who answered the phone was very sweet and was able to answer all of my questions before scheduling the appointment. Â I needed replacement solar screens for two large west facing windows on the front of my house and a pet screen made for a window that didn't have a screen. Â Jason came to the house on time, explained to me what he could do and, after giving me a quote that was way lower than what I paid for previous screens elsewhere, Â got right to work. Â A short time later I had two new solar screens that were much better looking and more effective than the ones I had and a pet proof window screen that matched the trim on my house exactly - frame AND screening material. They provided a written estimate in advance, were prompt and did excellent work. Everything is on the truck so we added extra stuff (solar screens in addition to rescreening several older windows) and they were able to take care of all of it. The pricing was comparable to taking it off and taking it into a hardware store, which yielded poor results for us, so we were happy to find this option.
