Y'all. I'm posting this review because I'm MAD.I'm mad that Vicky can't do my lashes for me. Why?! Because, she's ALWAYS so booked, She's so far away from me, And the best excuse, I HAVE KIDS! Lol.Ok but on a serious note, Vicky is like the lash god. I. Kid. You. Not.I've been meaning to write this review for like months but I always get distracted and my time is short but not today!Vicky is the ONLY and when I say ONLY, I mean ONLY person that I know, that always cleans my lashes before doing ANYTHING. In the beginning when I first got lashes, I never knew I was supposed to clean them every single day. I thought not cleaning them would keep them on longer, but Vicky explained to me down to the T what would happen if I didn't clean/cleaned them. Still, till this day, she is the only person that I have ever been to, that cleans my lashes before filling them. Idgaf if it cuts into my time of me getting my lashes filled, if she knows my lashes will be better and look better even if she cuts into my fill time, she can do whateva she wants. Other places, they say on their notes before you book "come with clean lashes", Vicky says this shit too but these other places don't take the time of day. SHE DO. If you didn't catch on from earlier, my life is just too hectic (for me to handle) to be going back and forth. I live in auburn and although I used to make the trip to see her RELIGIOUSLY every 2 weeks, I have an infant now and I just don't have the time to sit in traffic there and back. I kid you not, if I didn't have an infant, I'd still be going to her, traffic and all lol. We all know how bad Bellevue traffic is! I have tried so many different lash artists since I stopped going to Vicky and man let me just tell y'all, IT AIN'T THE SAME. Like, I just book my appointment with people and don't even expect much and I think to myself, it's better than having no lashes lol. 100% of the time, I brag to them, JUST CAUSE... LITERALLY, JUST CAUSE. Vicky is THAT good, and her work should be appreciated! And, because I know ain't nobody as good as Vicky and maybe if I show them her work, they'll AT LEAST put their best effort into my shit lmao. I always show whoever Vicky's previous work that she has done on me and say "this is what my regular lash artist usually does on me" and instantly I can sense they are intimidated. Lol. I mean, who wouldn't be?!Ain't nobody getting in on your inner and outer corners like Vicky do though. A lot of people I know always have to take "lash breaks", psh, what a "lash break" when you fucking with Vicky? She know's what she's doing.I also wanna say, as gross as this sounds and makes me rethink about who I go to, Vicky is the ONLY person that I can hear/see sanitize her hands before coming near me. Her studio is so freaking cute and comfy! It feels like home! Her lash bed and blankets are so comfy!She is the ONLY lash person that I've encountered that makes sure you are booked for your future appointments. I feel like everyone else just expects me to do it myself. She is the ONLY person that values hers, and your time. If your lash fill is an hour long she makes sure it's an hour long and nothing more or less. If she thinks she needs 5 mins more, she will ask you and she will do it on her own time. By this, I mean, Vicky won't cut into your appointment to give me the extra 10 mins I need because I was late, that's not fair to you person, or the person after you right? Idk about you but I hate getting out later than I expected cause I have kids and kids don't run on your time. Lol. You tell Vicky ONE time what your style is/what you like and she GOT you, she got you all the way girl! She will suggest new ideas or looks if she has it. She knows what suits you!At this point, y'all are probably thinking she paid me to write this so imma just stop here cause I can go on, and on, AND ON about her. Highly recommend Sassy Beauty Bar! Ally is the best! I have had couple appointments with Sassy Beauty Bar! I have tried out two suburban lash salons and three city lash salons. Sassy Beauty Bar does the best lashes, beautiful but still natural. I also have never had a reaction to any of the products they use and it's very important for me since I'm pregnant. My lashes are in perfect condition for 2+ weeks. They're very welcoming and the appointment lasts about an hour, very easy to schedule with and responds to inquiries quickly. I've gone to various lash studios in the past, and none of them can even begin to compare to the incredible work Ally and Vicky do. They take the time to make your lashes look absolutely perfect, even if it means taking a few extra minutes of their time late into the evening. Both of them do an excellent job teaching their clients about how to properly care for the lashes, as well as being super reliable when needing to reach out to ask any questions. When I first started getting lash extensions, which was back in 2010, the previous women would always make my lashes look super droopy. I went to three different lash places and every single time my lashes looked terrible, so I assumed that perhaps my eyes just weren't meant for extensions and I gave up for many years, wishing I could look good in extensions. In 2018 I decided to give it another try and did my research, and stumbled upon Sassy Beauty Bar! The reviews speak for themselves, as well as the pics I saw on their Instagram page. I was nervous at first because I didn't want to be let down, but when I went to Ally for my first full volume set, I nearly cried with tears of joy after seeing how beautiful the lashes looked! I honestly was in so much disbelief that my eyes looked that good with extensions because I had gone for so long believing my eyes weren't the right shape or size for extensions. I really love that Ally and Vicky know how to do extensions on Asian women in particular. The previous women I went to barely had any Asian clients and perhaps that's why the previous extensions I've gotten looked bad, but Ally and Vicky? Total game changer. I was only about 4 months into the lash game when I moved to Seattle. I didn't know anyone before I moved here so I was nervous trying to find a new lash lady w/out recommendations from others. I discovered Sassy Beauty Bar's Instagram by searching #seattlelashes and was immediately drawn to their beautiful work!! I scheduled my first appointment with Ally and have been seeing her every 1-2 weeks for the last 6 months. Ally is amazing! Over 2 years with Vicky and I can't live without her! 10/10 You HAVE to be picky with who is doing your extensions, because you don't wanna mess up your eyes! !! They still be serving up bomb ass lashes every time for me! There was only one time (wasn't significant) when I first saw Ally- she was still fairly new at the time- Vicky followed up with me and asked how Ally did with my fill and I just had stickies left that one of the lashes was tugging at my real lash and it was a bit irritating. But once I mentioned that, both Vicky and Ally were *extremely* accommodating! They made me come back in and squeezed me in asap. Ally went back in and just re-applied and went through and double checked each lash. Though a little hiccup, they still were very caring of the situation and handled me with such ease and professionalism; I've never had any real significant problem. A1 customer service.If you choose to come see one of the sassy gals, I can promise you that, you and everyone else around you, will definitely be staring all day at your face, cause your lashes will look dayum good!! By far the best place to get your lash extensions in Washington. Vicky does an amazing job and trully understand your needs on caring for your lashes in making sure they last. Where do I start! There aren't enough good things to say about Victoria. She's not only an amazing person but she's THE BEST lash artist in Bellevue hands down! When I first met her my lashes were a hot mess! I didn't know much about lash sets & had got them done at a nail shop. I'm a very layed back person & don't really talk to a lot of people but she was super friendly and nice. She offered to help me get my lashes right! I hit her up the next day (not knowing this girl gets booked fast!) and she was still able to accommodate me the next day just in time for my event that weekend. At the time I didn't realize the extra mile she had gone for me getting me in last minute. She definitely probably stayed late that day! I'm forever grateful! Victoria makes you feel super comfortable as if you knew her for years. When you see her you pick right back up from where you left off. She has amazing energy. You can tell she loves what she does and she's really really good at it! She's quick & efficient all while holding a conversation. That takes skill! She's SO good that after inquiring about training me in lashes I took her up when she started her classic lash trainings. I was really nervous. Again Victoria made me feel at ease and comfortable. She was super organized and professional. You could tell that she is really focused on your success and not just going through the motions. I was provided with an awesome kit, lunch, and a model! I really enjoyed my time learning and not being rushed. She was super patient and not overbearing. Her atmosphere made everything flow as well. I left feeling so confident in lashes when we were done. She checked up on me after I left and gave me ongoing feedback and support, which was very helpful. Victoria is THE BEST. I rarely do Yelp reviews and I am so happy I found her! I almost don't want to post a review because she is a true gem. I have been getting lash extensions for over 4 years with numerous lash artists on the Eastside. Victoria is by far the best lash artist I have been to. Victoria is the sweetest!!! I initially came in for a consultation with BAD lash damage from previous artist. My lashes have bald patches in the mid/inner corner and putter corners of my eyes (I'm Asian so I don't have that many lashes to begin with). She was so kind enough to stay later after she was off on a Friday and fit me in for Volume full set because of my situation and my lashes needed HELP! Her work on the amount of lashes I had was a miracle!!! Her lash retention is unbelievable!!! She uses great products (especially the glue and lashes) and preps/cleans the lashes before every fill. I've been seeing Ally since she first started out, 8 or 9 months now, and every. single. time. I am more than happy with my lashes. Before seeing Ally I've tried 4 other places more than once and have given up on trying to find a lash place here in Washington. But then I found Sassy Beauty Bar and decided to give it a go. Vicki is AMAZING! Â I never quite understood the saying "I woke up like this" until I started going to Vicki for my lashes and my eye brows! Â I love them and I can't live without them now! Ally is amazing!! This place is so cute, clean, and fun! Whenever I walk into Sassy Beauty Bar, Ally and Vicky are always so welcoming and open to talk about whatever during my appointment. I have been to a few different eyelash places before, but there is no other place like Sassy Beauty Bar. In the past, I always had a problem with retention and the way my eyelashes looked at other salons, but not here! Ally always knows what's best for my eyes and makes them look BOMB every time. Ally has been giving my lashes LIFE for the past 8 months and I am never leaving her  I found Sassy Beauty Bar on instagram and got a referral from a friend while I was getting my eyelashes done at another salon. At the old salon i found that i had to get my eyelashes filled very often - sometimes even a week after a fill. I decided to take a chance to see Ally when she first started at Sassy and have never doubted her skills since! Though everyone's lashes and shedding cycles may be different, i found that the retention of my lashes can be up to 3 weeks long! When relocating and moving to Seattle I was extremely nervous to find all new places, especially a lash esthetician. I was sent by one of my friends to look at Sassy Beauty Bar's insta page and was immediately intrigued after looking at their clients' end results. I scheduled my first appointment online, which was extremely convenient and got in relatively soon to my surprise. From all the reviews, Vicky (the owner) is a queen at what she does. However, I scheduled to see Ally and oh my goodness I'm SOO pleased that I did!! Ally is nothing short of exceptional. She not only kills at the lash game, but she is extremely attentive to detail and ensures she gives you what you want. I can't praise this place enough! Vicky is by far the best lash girl I have ever been to and her work shows! I get compliments on how long and full my lashes are even when my fill appointment is coming up! She will give you whatever look you're going for. I also highly recommend her powder brows. Vicky is a lash magician!! I've seen two other people in the past for lash extensions and I was never happy. I was a little reluctant to try a 3rd person but I'm so so glad I did! I have been a consistent client of Vicky's for almost two years, and needless to say her work is perfect. After being out of town for 6 months, I knew my first pit stop from the airport had to be the studio. I wasn't surprised when Vicky was completely booked, but I got lucky enough to see Ally! I wasn't reluctant at all to get my lashes done by a new esthetician, since I knew the expectations and standards of Vicky's studio. You can tell she genuinely cares about you & your lashes the way she meticulously bless them through the 1hr 45 min appointment. If you want your lashes to look a certain way, just let her know and she will make it happen. I am always so satisfied with the results & forever grateful I found Ally. I have been seeing Vicky for almost a year and a half now. Each time I go in for a fill, she has never been over time with another client and has never made me wait past the start of my appointment. She always greets you with a smile and her bubbly personality. She has a professional attitude and is able to answer any questions you ask her, which shows she is very educated in the services she is providing.Vicky works with you to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. If you do not understand one of the styles, she will take the time to explain it to you so you can choose something you know you will love. I appreciate how flexible she is and how open she is to explore different styles with you. If there is any difference in cost, she will be upfront and tell you before she starts.Some people may struggle with getting lash extensions or have had bad experiences but you will not experience that here. Vicky uses high quality glue (not cement glue) and high quality lashes. Whether they fall off quickly or not, is really on you. Do your upkeep and they will be on until your next fill. Have trouble not staying perfectly still or have twitchy eyes? Don't worry about it, Vicky works with you to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed during your appointment. You can take a little snooze or talk with her about anything, really.If you have not seen pictures already on the gram, Sassy beauty bar is always clean, organized, and super cute. I've been getting my lashes done for about a year now. Going into it I had a really specific image in my head of the look I was hoping to achieve. After going two other places for lashes over the course of about 6 months, I always left the salon wanting more and feeling like I still needed to tweek things to get what I wanted and to ultimately get my money's worth. Through friends and word of mouth, I found Victoria -- one of the only people who offers volume lashes in my area! Not only is she quick, her work is immaculate and my lashes are never clumpy, never fall out and I have FINALLY found someone who can give me exactly what I want -- full, bold and voluminous lashes. Before finding Vicky, I had negative experiences at two different lash extension places which made me give up on the idea of lash extensions in general. My previous experiences with lash extensions left me with the impression that they were uncomfortable, clumpy, and would fall out in chunks leaving my eyelashes bald. But a friend of mine always had lashes that were on point. All the time. Even when she was due for a fill they still looked perfect, just less full. No clumping, no balding from fallout, no discomfort is what I discovered after asking her lots and lots of questions since I was super skeptical about lash extensions. So I decided to give it a shot and came to Sassy Beauty Bar. I have now been seeing Vicky since August 2016 and it has always been a positive experience. I love how natural they look and feel because discomfort is the number one thing I wanted to avoid. There are so many different types, thicknesses, lengths, and ways to apply these lashes so don't be afraid to ask her questions! I started out with the classic lash extensions which are 1 extension per lash. My natural lashes are very fine and short so if I want to extend the time between fills I ask for the .15mm and not too long. With that I can go about 2 to 2.5 weeks with them looking perfect and then a 30 or 45 minute Classic fill at 3 weeks. You can also play around with the application such as: having longer lengths in the middle for a more wide eye effect or having longer lengths towards the outer end which has a more cat eye effect. This past month I decided to try the Combo lash which is a mix of the classic and volume fans. The volume fans are like having 3 lashes attached to 1 of yours and gives you a fuller effect. I LOVE THESE since I don't have that much natural lash but it makes me look like I have tons! They do tend to shed faster for me since it is heavier on my natural lashes so I need a 45 minute to 1 hour Combo fill about every two weeks. I also purchased a foam pump eye makeup remover here which I believe is the same one she uses to clean the eyelash area before she starts the service. It works really well as a makeup remover and leaves my eyes feeling clean without being worried that my lashes will fall out.One last thing: prebook. I was very skeptical at first to get my lashes done. Was referred by a friend to LashyBaby in Seattle. Long story short was very disappointed. Granted the lady Ava that did my lashes was a new employee there which I should have inquired more about her work before I booked with her. But I am not here to talk about them. To be honest I fell asleep during my appointment because the atmosphere at her salon is so serene and comfortable. I actually still find myself falling asleep a bit on every fill appointment I go lol. She always asks you on all your following appointments if you would like something different or keep the same look. She really listens and cares for her clients. I contemplated getting lash extensions for over a year and after extensive research to find the perfect salon that wouldn't sacrifice quality or integrity no matter what I found Sassy Beauty Bar! It's been almost a year I've been seeing Vicky and I feel so spoiled to have started with the BEST! She is so patient and meticulous with her work, yet quick and efficient! You can tell she takes pride in what she does and I love that she is so educational on taking proper care of lashes. There's no doubt her work is of the best quality so it's up to her clients to maintain and take care of the masterpiece she's created! I recently just got a full set of silk eyelash extensions and I am in love!! I have never felt more beautiful. I never have to wear makeup anymore, I just wake up from bed and I am already glamorous! These babies stay perfect 24/7 as long as you keep up with your fills. Vicky is so experienced and skilled. She always perfectly glues each individual extension to each individual eyelash. This is so important so that when they do come off, they don't effect your natural eyelashes. When inexperienced eyelash specialist glue two natural lashes together or more, it damages your eyelashes and you start loosing all of them! Eventually you have no more natural eyelashes and that is my worst nightmare! But Vicky is soooo skilled, it has never effected my natural lashes. I got sooo many compliments, and it looked so real! When I first booked an appointment with Vicky over two and a half years ago, I messaged her asking if she would be willing to work a little later than her posted hours. Vicky has always been so flexible and worked with me to make sure I get my appointments squeezed into my busy schedule! Something I truly appreciate, is that Vicky doesn't over book me! Naturally, my lashes grow slowly and I don't wear any make up so my lash extensions last a little longer than maybe a typical client - Vicky only has me come in every three weeks instead of the typical two. I also prefer a more natural look and keep my lash extensions on the shorter side and Vicky respects my personal preferences. Some days I just relax (sometimes even fall asleep) as Vicky does my lashes or sometimes I will vent to her or the two of us will laugh the whole appointment. She lets you decide, it's your appointment! She is ambitious and has gone to various continued training and education to expand her business. But with all her hard work, her clients' satisfaction is her top priority. She let me know when she was trying a new product and asked for my feedback to make sure she is using the best products. Vicky started doing my lashes about 5 months ago and I love her! I was very skeptical about getting lash extensions to begin with but I am so glad I saw vicky and happy with the results! My lashes turned out exactly how I wanted them to look! They had volume and were very even with the shape of my eyes. I get so many compliments on my lashes and where I get them done. I first met Vicky after having previous eyelash extensions done with too much glue where my right eye had been glued together on the outside corner. She had to remove those extensions because of how badly they were done and start with a fresh set. I previously had a set removed before and was worried because it had been painful and my eyes were sensitive to the chemicals used, but she was so gentle I did not even feel her taking them off. I had many bad experiences with eyelash extensions before I met Vicky, including having to go to urgent care because of chemical getting into my eye, when that happened I could not even see or drive for an hour causing me to go into a restaurant to wait to see again. I now fully trust Vicky and know that her lashes also retain well. Since I started seeing Vicky I had only gone one time to someone else for another fill to be done and those almost all came off in under two weeks. Vicky not only is gentle, but she always has great results. I have been seeing Vicky about every two weeks now for almost a year and I am confident to say I do not have to worry about any of the problems I have had with so many others before I found her. You won't find a better place to get your lashes done than here. I decided to take a shot and come to LBB after seeing Vicky's work on Instagram because I was going on a 3 week vacation to Italy and New York. The results were AMAZING. Vicky is so kind and professional, in addition to being extremely talented. 3 years ago, I had my lashes done at one of those bad nail salons where they used nail glue to adhere the lashes. I had a massive allergic reaction, all of my eyelashes fell out, and needless to say, I was scarred. The experience I had with Vicky was a total 180. I am so happy I took the chance and went to LBB!! She was very helpful and I finally came in for an appointment after months of debating on whether or not I should get eyelash extensions because I was skeptical since I heard horror stories. I have been seeing Vicky for a little over a year now and I wouldn't even think about seeing anyone else! I was a little skeptical at first of getting lash extensions, but after my cousin got me my first set for Christmas last year I had to continue and get them. I can honestly say my lash extensions from Vicky at Lush Beauty Bar has changed my life. I don't really do much cosmetically, but since I've started I can't imagine going back to my days without them! Vicky is able to cater to any width, length and style. I have changed lengths multiple times, and she is always able to give me exactly what I want. I've heard from many other people that they have had bad experiences with lash extensions, but I have never had a bad experience here! If you're looking for lashes, look no further! I've been getting my lashes done by Vicky for over a year now and can say that I am never going back to mascara! Before getting lashes, I did tons of research! My eyes are pretty sensitive, so I wasn't going to let just anyone do my lashes! I heard about Vicky when I was hiking with one of my friends and I couldn't stop staring at her lashes. My lashes are naturally straight and I would always carry my curler with me because they would lose their curl pretty fast. I'm outdoors a ton and having lashes are the one thing I love, especially after backpacking for a few days with a completely bare face! I literally don't need anything else! At first I made it very clear that I wanted the most natural lashes possible. Her delivery was impeccable. After the first few months they began to grow on me. I then asked her for longer, fuller lashes. I've had completely natural and full on glam - and everything in between! And not only does she do my lashes, but she was able to revive my brows too!
