Sam was amazing! It was great following our dog’s unbelievable progress with her videos. She went above and beyond to follow up and make sure things were going well. Would never use anyone else!!

Sam is amazing, full stop! She took my 3yo staffy mix from being a menace to walk to a dog that I can walk on or off leash everywhere! Sam is great about providing updates and the training is a worthwhile investment into the happiness of you and your dog! I have had two dogs complete the board and train with Sam, and I cannot recommend her high enough. One of my dogs had become quite dog reactive to the point where it was a challenge to take him anywhere. What Sam was able to accomplish with her training was simply magical. Sam did an amazing job with our Golden Retriever puppy, Luna, over the three week boarding program. She learned all the basic commands and we can now confidently walk her off leash and take her to parks, dog-friendly restaurants and playgrounds without having her barking or making a fuss when she meets other people. At home, she stays in PLACE command during dinner time and when we have other people around. I must also say that we have a 6 month-old baby and Luna is also doing a great job with her - she won’t take her pacifier, food or toys anymore and obeys when we say NO. Sam works wonders! She has completely transformed my dog, Ivy. I picked up a new and improved version of her. Ivy is so easy to work with now that Sam has worked her magic. I'm able to safely and comfortably take Ivy out everywhere with me. In fact, I took her to downtown Annapolis about a week after picking her up from Sam's. It was a VERY crowded area with groups of people walking by and cars driving by and Ivy did GREAT! She stuck by my side the entire time and listened to every command immediately after being told them. I also took her to the beach and was able to let her run freely off leash. I am so happy I'm able to take Ivy with me anywhere I want without having to worry about her behavior. Not only does Ivy behave in public now, she also behaves very well at home. Ivy is a very energetic and active dog and she never knew how to control her energy level. This was very problematic when inside at home. She is now a pro at knowing the appropriate times to let her energy out. I am so impressed at how well she is able to do NOTHING, but at the same time, EVERYTHING! From the moment I first communicated with Sam about training and boarding our 1-year old doodle, my mind was completely at ease. Based on positive reviews and watching videos of Sam and her trick dogs and past "graduates" from Sam's School for Dogs, I knew Sam had the technical expertise to teach Maggie everything we hoped for: basic obedience skills, leash manners, and how to play safely off leash. But Sam also had what I was really looking for: a positive, caring, and home-like atmosphere where I would feel good about leaving our little family member. After three weeks with Sam, Maggie is everything we had hoped for! Yes, she's well-trained like all of the other graduates; but, more importantly (for us), she's still our happy, friendly, curious girl. Thank you, Sam, for helping Maggie be the best version of herself (and for being so helpful with my questions after she came home). Sam was absolutely phenomenal. Her transparency with posting our dogs progress was so reassuring. He is now an amazingly obedient pet. He is confident and happy. Sam is amazing! She transformed my 8 month old, wild, untrained, pit bull puppy, Gemini , into a well mannered, awesome pup, in 3 weeks! I now love to take him for walks, because he does everything I ask him to do. Even if there's tons of distractions around. I can’t explain how thankful I am to have found Sam! She’s honestly the best. It was so stressful taking my dog out for walks because he would pull me all over the place and show aggression towards other dogs and now I have a calm dog that listens to me even if I take him off the leash. Sam Valle is a professional dog trainer with 19 years experience. My 4 month 48 lb Lab was into everything. He was biting my arms and ankles to bully me. I am so thankful Sam responded to my plea for a dog trainer. It was training or I would have to give Lucy away as I am 74. Lucy was going to be too big for me to handle. Sam to the rescue. Sam's School for Dogs is the best. Sam Valle is true professional dog trainer. My 45lb 4 month old Lab puppy was going from one thing to the next, and biting my arms and legs to communicate anything. Now she is a joy walking beside me. The best things are, no biting, she stays on her bed until released, and no destruction. We were so lucky Sam Valle responded to our need.
