My approach is primary cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) but I also incorporate the use of person-centered approach, Narrative, Psychodynamic, and Strength Based Therapies. Therapy is a healthy way to gain skills to better your life and cope with struggles. I view therapy as a collaborative coalition and my role as a therapist is to help individuals process their life struggles and develop self-awareness. The process can be challenging and involves hard work and dedication. The outcome is rewarding and brings a person back to their values and unique strengths.
