Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Without someone looking at your numbers and running your money properly, as well as educating the CFO and other outsourced accountants further if need be, it is impossible to run a company through any type of longevity or growth during this tumultuous time. AI, the current climate, and Covid have all created a different landscape for our businesses, and now more than ever, it is absolutely imperative to see where every dollar is going.
What do you love most about your job?
Most of our clients when they first come to us are not always in the best shape. The most rewarding part of our job is the ability to destress clients, return money for them, and ultimately potentially change life trajectories - especially for our business entrepreneurs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
35 years in the making. We are a family of entrepreneurs.
Why should our clients choose you?
The founder has 40 years of experience in the field and is still running the company. He has close personal relationships with every client of the firm and they are indeed a party of our family. We are a small family business, but we are scalable to work with some of the larger and mid-size companies, having successfully fundraised and worked with companies transitioning through M&As and other restructuring.
We are skilled in every aspect of SMBE accounting and taxation, from restructuring or structuring your organization(s) and the way you are set up for optimum tax deductions if that is your goal, or if you are looking to purchase real estate or other assets in your name or the business, we can advise you on the best way to show your income, depending on the number of entities you have and their structure. The other founder of the firm is a serial entrepreneur who has been an Angel Investor, worked in the financial district on Wall Street as well, purchased and sold several companies, and is very familiar with the compliance section of things and fundraising.

Absolutely. Most of our services are performed online. We are happy to meet in person as well at one of our several locations.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Mostly working remotely, zoom meetings, and the occassional client meetings in person with the required personal space.
