SUPER CLEAN PLACE!!! Our pup goes once or twice a month to get in some good playtime and socialization. The only place I will trust to keep my puppers while I got out of town. After decades of not having a dog, I finally got one. I love her to death and with all my heart. Just seeing her so happy (and tired) when I pick her up! She's also figured out that when she goes in the car with me in the morning it cause she's heading to Ruffin' It......she gets very antsy when I call her downstairs and wants to jump in the car before I've even opened the front door! Her actions are more than enough for me to recommend it. Plus, around the holidays you can sign up and get a festive picture of your dog! Great backdrop and I'll be able to have almost professional pictures of my dog for a great price with included playtime! What animal photographer can offer such great rates and fun? I was nervous at first and had my husband go around and check out different places to leave my babies.. Toby and Daisy Mae. He was so impressed with Ruffin' it, he knows how picky I am when it comes to the care of my fur babies. The staff were all so friendly, the place is kept so clean and I watched the other owners drop off there dogs and the dogs run to the staff with excitement. it was obvious that they are well taken care of there and dogs are great judges of character, they were happy and ready to go play. There prices were terrific, you dont pay extra for extra potty breaks or playtime. You can bring there beds from home and there toys. They posted daily pictures so you can check on your babies and text you updates as well. I highly recommend them and will send my babies back the next time we need to go out of town. Our (currently 4 month old) female Aussie LOVES Ruffin’ It! She loves to run and play and be with other dogs! She stayed her first night there a couple weekends ago and I couldn’t had been more happy with the stay! She also just stayed over memorial weekend and I loves being able to get on facebook and find her in the pictures posted! She was inside and outside and looked like she was having so much fun in the pictures! We just got home from her 3-night stay (she did daycare on Fri, Sat, & Tues) and she is already worn out! I take my dog Andie there who absolutely loves it. All the parties and little fun things they offer for the dogs make it a really welcoming and fun place. I might be the most over-protective dog mom in existence, and I can't say enough good things about Ruffin' It. Our dogs are usually pretty nervous about going places, but their favorite thing now is to get in the car in the morning because they know they get to go to day care. They come home exhausted, but never hurt or dirty. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, and we LOVE all the fun events that they do (secret Santa, photo booths, dog parties, etc). So, I've been taking my better half here for about 2 months now.  My pug, Darby O'Gill & I, have been going to a Puppy Kindergarten class, which while it isn't technically run by Ruffin' It, uses the space, so I feel I've gotten to know the facility & its staff & I've actually bought a couple of treats for him after class.  He graduates this Saturday, so he won't be going home empty-handed either.  I haven't had a chance to board Darby here yet, so I can't speak to that, but I'd consider it given what I've seen so far.In addition to the training, grooming & daycare, they also have lots of treats, toys & other basic supplies for your dog, so it's worth a trip if you're a dog owner just to check it out in that regard.Anyway, the dogs that do use the facility seem very well tended to & have a lot of space to play both indoors & out that's well maintained by the caring & attentive staff.  They're due for a feature on WCPO, if that will provide you with any reassurance. I give a 10 star, my Ramsay is so excited to go to school 2x a week. When he sees the outside sign he starts crying and jumping for joy. I really try to hold him back heading for the door but it doesn’t work half of the time. When I pick him up he walks like a old man. That place is so cleaned that you don’t even know it’s a doggie daycare. I love it, they actually have a napping pooh time for them. I just put my puppy in Ruffin It and she loves it and so do I!!! The first day they texted me pictures of her and let me know how she was doing. I absolutely love this place, and my puppy does too. I have been taking Midge here since March and I couldn't be happier about it. The staff is fantastic, and they provide quality care for all of the doggies that go there for a very reasonable price. I look forward to checking out the pictures every day to see who Midge was playing with. I can't say enough good things about Ruffin It Doggie Day Care. My 1 year old dog has been going there since we got her at 4 months and she loves it! I take her twice a week to play and she is always excited. I've also boarded her there and she still loves it! The staff is friendly and professional and you can tell they love the dogs. Our dog loves going to Ruffin It! I had heard nothing but good things about this doggie daycare from friends who take their dogs there, so we decided to try it out. Our dog's first time there was a few months ago and she's only been a few times since. We have never boarded her there, so I can't comment on that, but we take her there just to socialize. She always has a great time playing with the other dogs. They send text updates during the day to let me know she is playing and doing well. It's cute and appreciated. The facilities are very nice and there is plenty of space for the dogs to romp around. They also separate them by size and energy. The staff has always been nothing but friendly. I started taking my sweet Goldendoodle here when he was a puppy. The puppy training class (Tri-State Canine Obedience - highly recommend Mike! ) hosts a puppy kindergarten  here. That was a big plus, because it familiarized our dog to their facility at a young age. Speaking of the facility, it is VERY clean and organized. The lobby is large and welcoming and does not have the inevitable "doggie smell". Once Coop was old enough, we started bringing him to 1/2 day daycare so that he could get exercise and play with other dogs in a safe and supervised environment. The cost is extremely reasonable - up to 6 hours for $12 and our sweet canine would come home happily fatigued. To clarify - not stress tired - worn out from playing and exercising. He is an extremely well behaved dog, and I give a lot of credit to bringing him to Ruffin It. He is very socialized with other dogs - and I have no doubt that is due to his weekly play dates. We have boarded Coop here several times - and I won't take him anywhere else. Lori, Melanie or Melissa send me daily text pics of our dog each day playing with his size appropriate friends, or relaxing at the end of the day in his large suite. We usually have him bathed so when we pick him up he is a happy and clean smelling pup! The owners are awesome - quick to respond to emails and truly are in this business for the right reasons - the are dog lovers! The manager Melanie, and Melissa are equally as great. I can tell by the way Coop is when we walk in the door and he sees them. He literally "paws" the door to get in - totally excited! I HIGHLY recommend Ruffin It for your pooch's "home away from home"! Well I have been taking the boys (Bear and Tigger) there are a few months and this week I had them there several days. I was really concerned since they haven't had much socialization. Bear loves everyone, Tigger is not sure of anyone except me. But when I look at the pictures and see how much fun they are having and see how worn out they are when I get them in the car I know I didn't have to worry. It's almost getting easier to get them in their harness to take a ride there. ☺ Everyone of the staff is so friendly as well and you can tell they love animals. Our 5 year old golden retriever Napa loves it here!!! We started bringing her to daycare to keep her a bit more active because she is slowing down and home alone all day long! We went out of town a few weeks ago and decided to check out the boarding here as well! Typically, she freaks out when we take her to the kennel and she'll run back for the car but she was so excited to go! I was worried when we brought her back for daycare she would try to stay in the car thinking we would leave her again but she is still eager as ever. This was my first time taking my dachshund Cami to Ruffin' it for boarding and daycare. Not going to lie I was nervous because it was a new place but I am beyond impressed! We have struggled to find a dog border in NKY and couldn't be more happy with this place! So very grateful for the LOVE and devotion they gave my husky and border collie. I am that crazy pet owner that calls and checks on everything. From the moment I dropped my girls off I met both owners and their fur baby. Both owners were very genuine about every concern I may have an assured me that my girls would be safe. Upon pickup the owner greeted us and the staff brought our girls out! Today was my dog, Wilson's first day at Ruffin' It - he loved it! He was so tired when we left, he fell asleep on the way home & he pretty much slept the rest of the day/night. He never does that! My Ripley has been coming to Ruffin It for about 6 weeks now. I was so nervous at first. My nerves were put to ease quickly. The first day I got a text with an update and a pic of my pup playing. It's a place where "customer service" is back. I was there on Valentine's Day and couldn't believe how nice and clean the facility was. The dogs were happy, the employees smiling and the owners were giving it there all. I've seen daycare faculties for children that were not as nice or we'll run. I was one of those people that thought "dog day care" was a laughable exploitation of dog lovers. Then my husband bought the dog he has always wanted. The rotten Rottweiler had more energy than the energizer bunny on 10 shots of espresso. He just kept going and going and going. We were interested in keeping him social, friendly, and wearing him out. I found out about Ruffin It and our lives became all that we wanted with our new puppy. While he was learning new skills in training classes, he could try them out at day care. He would go and play for hours and come home and behave. It helped as an outlet for all his puppy energy. We wouldn't trust just any day care for our 4 legged family member. Laurie, Jason, and Melissa were the perfect dog lovers to make sure our dog was well taken care of. The facility is clean, safe, and loving. They keep a safe watch on our boy while we are working and he comes home ready to cuddle up and relax. I wouldn't trust any other company. They are the best! This place is absolutely amazing!!! We are so glad we found Ruffin It! Our 18 month old boxer loves this place and the owners! ! Sometimes I think she wishes we would leave her there ;) The owners and the staff treat the dogs as if they were one of their own. I know when Charlie is at Ruffin it she is in the best hands. They are extremely flexible and so nice. The place is so clean you would never know that they have dogs in and out all day! They have done a fantastic job and glad that Charlie is a part of their pack!! I am very protective of my fur-baby so finding the right daycare for her was very important to me. Finding Ruffin it was like winning the jack pot. I couldn't have found a more perfect place. The facility is so clean I could eat off the floors. There is a ton of room for her to run and play. The associates are beyond personable and take such incredible care of my pup.
