I just wanted to take a moment and praise my amazing massage therapist Danielle at the Oro Valley location on providing me the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. She was able to calm my anxious mama nerves about leaving my children with a friend and helped me relax and enjoy this time given to me and for me. She knew exactly where my problem areas were without me even saying it and was able to work on it with immediate relief felt. I haven’t felt this relaxed, refreshed, renewed and just overall content and calm in a very long time! I’ve already told three people about my experience! What a fantastic place! Very spacious, clean and professional. The personnel are very friendly, warm and professional. You indicate in a form any particular areas you have pain or discomfort that you want them to focus on, and they do a fantastic job taking care of that. They let you relax and know how to ask for feedback to adjust their massage to your liking (i.e., firmer, softer, slower, etc). Thus place is an oasis, they do an excellent job, with an amazing personal focus on you and an impeccable effectiveness and professionalism. I went to Rubs to get a message two week ago and wasn't expecting to get what I wanted. I prefer deep tissue massages due to I am a big man more than six foot tall and over 240lb. I received a facial from one of the estheticians at this location. First plus is they took me as a walk in without appointment which was very convinient. The level of experience was apparent and she later on shared with me she had been doing that for 8 years. She treated me kindly and professionally. Spoke softly offered a warm blanket. Made sure I was as comfortable as I could be thenmin I was taken back to the room. I have acne prone skin and respected my wishes for target areas always ensuring I knew what step she was preforming and ensuring pressure and pain were not an issue. This is by far the best massage I have ever had. Aaron is incredible. He took time to go over what exactly I wanted and what he would do. I purchased a spa package but he asked how I wanted to customize it, paying attention more to what I needed rather than what I had bought. It was fantastic. He applied great pressure and really honed in on what I needed done. I've had back pain for a week, and it's all gone! Sandra did my facial and it was so relaxing and incredible. I go here regularly for couples massages with my husband. The therapists are always very professional and great communicators with checking in about the pressure. They also debrief with you after regarding anything they found such as increased tension in varying areas and what you can do to combat that day to day. I call Michelle a massage goddess, and I'm barely being hyperbolic. She has a gift of intuition and total awareness of everything that is going on in my body. She can pretty much look at me and figure out what I need, but she asks me anyway and clarifies what I tell her just to make sure I get what I need. Her specialties also include sacral cranial and reflexology massage. I adore this Rubs Massage location. Their front desk person is so friendly. I find their therapists as a whole pretty darn great. I don't think I've ever had anything less than a stellar experience here. And the prices are great. Today I went in and Natasha helped give me a pressure massage. This was by far the best massage I've received. She is amazing, this was my first time here as well and the first impressions were amazing. Very clean, quiet, calm, relaxing, and the lady at the receptionist was very nice too. I recommend everyone to go to Natasha when they need help with knots in their body. She has been doing this for 12 years and she knows exactly where to rub. She literally got every spot on my neck and back, I was not disappointed. This place gives you the perfect comfort level too... And here is a bonus. They do CBD treatment.
