This company exceeded my expectations. They answered the phone and showed up the same day. We had a dead decomposing Raccoon under our house and it smelled awful. Jonathan took care of it, sanitized under the house and sprayed in and out for ants. They offer a 30 day guarantee and they stood by it. He came back to follow up, told us what needed to be done with regard to getting screens to cover our vents etc.. their service and follow up were so professional. We were sure we had an infestation of some sort and were prepared to do whatever was necessary and whatever it cost to deal with it.  Jorge called ahead, came out (with an assistant), arrived exactly on time, did a very thorough inspection, advised against using any chemical spray, including any "preventative" spraying that wouldn't last anyway, and suggested a non-chemical bite prevention, eucalyptus oil, rather than something toxic.  We were so impressed!  The inspection cost was modest compared to what we were prepared for and for the thorough job he did. I contacted this company when we started getting signs of an unexpected guest in our home. We are absolutely glad we did! The owner Osvany went the extra mile and sent out a technician immediately . The Rep who came out was Jonathan From Ronin. To say the least this guy has amazing customer service, and I would recommend to anyone. Jonathan treated the problem right away! When an inspector came to my house I was surprised to find out that I had a rat/mouse problem in my attic.  I found Ronin Pest Control through the Yelp reviews.  I'm so glad I called them.  They sent someone out right away.  Jonathan came to the house and did a full inspection.  Luckily, he said my problem wasn't too bad.  He didn't try to scare me or talk me into things I didn't need.  He set traps and went around the property and fixed all the areas in which rodents could enter the house.  Just having him here and speaking with him made me feel a lot more at ease.  I highly recommend Ronin Pest Control.  When you call, ask for Jonathan.  You won't be disappointed! I was experiencing a terrible roach problem in my house and after calling a few other places i decided to go with Ronin because they offered the best price. I will say the receptionist were the friendliest compared to the other places i called so it was no surprise when the technician showed up and he was just as friendly! He was thorough and let me know what i could do to prevent the nasty bugs from returning. It's been a month since my service and I've had no more roaches!! Noticed flies in my bathroom the other night. Not just a few but a swarm, like out of some horror movie. Of course, I got worried and wondered where they were coming from. I had a ceiling vent that went in the attic, the toilet and the window. We had our house tented a month ago, and they warned us that something could feasible die in the process.  With the flies and Google, I figured out it could be a plumbing leak or a dead animal. I had Ronin and my plumber lined up for the day. Jonathan arrived at my door early, and was professional and did a thorough inspection of the property. I had him look at the bathroom.  I thought for sure the problem was under the house, so I suggested going under the house first.  He went under there and found nothing. Then he moved on to the attic and found the problem right away.  He found a large maggot infested rat, that needed to leave our home.  I can't even tell you the relief I had when he found it and removed it.  He was very clean and professional.  He also explained ways Ronin could come out and tackle my rat issues in a stress free way.  Jonathan was polite, professional, knowledgeable and I appreciated he found the problem and dealt with it immediately.I will definitely use Ronin again. I've been trying to sell my house and the potential buyers came back with an inspection report that had termites everywhere! They were asking for a massive rebate and I called Ronin to give me a second opinion. It's so hard to trust contractors because of course they will try to find the biggest problem, right? But I was amazed, Travonne was honest and incredibly thorough. Although he saw some damage, he let me know there wasn't really a termite problem - since I tented 7 years ago!!! What a relief!! I'm so pleased to write that after a RAT PARTY in my attic this weekend, Jose & Jorge Hernandez from Ronin Pest Control arrived first this Monday morning.  They were extremely diligent in patching up the entry point(s) (exclusion)to the attic, what is called X in their parlance.  And in setting 10 traps in the attic. They were very efficient, and paid a lot of attention to detail in the sealing and the clean-up of the nest.I would definitely hire them again. The bill was $700 for the trapping, and the exclusion.  In the past I have paid $250/$300 for a visit but have had to pay the same provider twice so I hope this is the end of the RAT PARTY. More...

Jorge at Robin Pest Control made my worst nightmare-- a bedbug infestation, GROSS-- the easiest it could be. He came the very same day I called and was so professional, kind, and thorough. He answered all of my (very panicked) questions, and did so in a way that really let me know my options without upselling or pressuring me. He was even patient when I needed more time to prepare my apartment for the treatment. Unlike other companies I called, Ronin quoted a single rate per room with a 30-day guarantee; other companies refused to quote a rate at all over the phone without first committing to an inspection that was more expensive than Ronin's. Ronin pest control has done a great job on making sure that there is no type of pest in our restaurant. Raul does a great job and make sure to ask me if there is any bug in the resturant and I as far as i know there is no sign of any bug inside. Jonathan from Ronin Pest Control came over to save the day! I called the company with a rat that I had trapped in a piece of furniture in my house, but I had no idea how to get rid of it from there. it was very much ALIVE! Ronin assured me that they would have someone over between 11am-12:30. Jonathan showed up at 12:15, great! After 20 minutes, he had trapped the rodent and disposed of it. Phew! I especially appreciated how sympathetic Jonathan was about us having a 2 year-old (he has a young one also) and the dangers that a rat could present to a small child. Rat droppings are very toxic and can carry a variety of diseases.Great relief, great service, great price! Wish I could give 6 stars! More...

Initial service to establish monthly service to treat the usual (spiders, ants, etc.), plus mosquito control. Jorge Hernandez, the technician, was efficient, polite, kind and took the time to thoroughly explain the process. Both initial service and monthly charges are significantly pricier than other services I have used and/or researched, but Jorge tended to much more than pest control techs I've used have done in the past-- so this might be well worth the extra cost. Also impressed with the clear explanation of charges from the customer service rep, and this is the only company that offered a regular day and time for the monthly service.
