What do you love most about your job?
The great joy in this work is that you're being paid to help people in need. There is nothing more rewarding. I've been called hero, friend, champion and even "a divine intervention" for helping clients either get out of a mess or turn them around or make them a lot of money. I also find it extremely interesting and energetic to be working with young and older entrepreneurs with great ideas who, just like me, took a leap of faith and said, "I can do this!" and launched a company. I'm proud of all my clients for their strength in character and remain friends with many to this day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My calling was to be a entrepreneur, my own boss and a leader among people. In corporate life, I was always a leader and I chafed at sometimes having a boss who I didn't feel was leading the company correctly. I decided in 2006 that it was time to launch my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've been extremely successful because I approach each client and each situation differently. I worked in a company that had a hundred or more consultants and their solution to most problems was crunching numbers and turning over a massive amount of procedures to follow in order to be impress a client. I don't have a template in my mind that I'm going to follow. I find the right solutions for the clients by looking at their needs individually and create ways that they can run the business well after I'm gone. In the end, I've made life long friends and won people over to my thinking by showing them and their people how to be better, make money, turn the corner and grow.
