I am able to work with clients that want to invest in themselves. Helping people create a better version of themselves is my greatest reward. I can let them know it's ok to not be ok.

Anger Management
Sessions provide identifying triggers, processing thoughts and feeling about situations, applying de escalation tools. Understanding what is triggering anger, behavior modification tools and techniques. ($50 a session x9 Sessions)
Alcohol and Substance Use
Comprehensive assessment and screenings. Identifying severity issues, applying common sense approaches. Treatment Planning, weekly progress sessions. This is NOT a 12 step counseling. Sessions are for processing, measuring progress, rebuilding self esteem/confidence, and reconciling guilt/shame.
($50 a session)
Life Coach
Coaching sessions focus on strength, skills, overcoming barriers, facing challenges with new confidence, identifying weaknesses that can be resolved through conversation, introspection, and common sense solutions.
($50 per session) x9 Sessions
