This may be lengthy so bare with me. Â Rhudd's came out last fall for leaf removal. Â They did a decent job considering I have a big yard. Â The problem I have is that they drove their truck onto my grass to make it easier to load the leaves into their truck and pretty much ruined my yard. Â I feel as though they were to lazy to haul the leaves over to the truck when it was originally parked in my driveway. Â I brought my issue up to Jerry(not positive of his name). Â He tells me that by the time spring rolls around the yard will be fine. Â He also told me that his guys knew how to drive over grass so it wouldn't be damaged. Â That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Â If you make a mistake own up to it, don't patronize me. Â Also take the time to look at my issue. Â Don't just tell me over the phone everything will be fine, without actually taking a look at. Â Needless to say Spring is here and my yard looks like crap from the tire marks that were left! Had these guys in for a winter cleanup of my front and back yards. Put down mulch where I needed and trimmed all bushes back for the season. Did a great job and prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes that I got which in my opinion more outrageous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is not looking to get ripped off! More...

I called on a Wednesday, leaving a message. The response was less than a day. After that, things went downhill from there. During the phone call, my info was requested. I agreed to send, as well as some photos of the work needed. I rec'd a text 9:14pm that evening asking if I was "still planning to send me your info for me to come see your property"? I replied with my address and a promise to send photos in the morning, with notice that I'm a caregiver and "sometimes I get caught up". I sent photos of my property the next morning (Thursday). I heard nothing from Mr. Rhutt on Friday so I called Saturday, and in our convo he said he would come by Sunday and look at the property. I asked what time, he said afternoon. Jerry is excellent with communication; both responsive and respectful.  He and his crew of several men  spent an afternoon in our yard.  They aerated, seeded, fertilized, and recut and mulched beds.  When they finished the yard looked clean and tidy.  The reason that I have changed my review from a five star to a three star, is because of the time and energy that I have had to spend in the yard since their work.  The beds were not weeded (which I did pay for) before they mulched , so I have been finding grass popping up all over the place in the beds.  Some of the beds are also cut unevenly.  Overall, they did  significant work, but some of it lacked thoroughness. Jerry and his team hydroseeded our muddy backyard this spring. Â He was always responsive in planning, even dropping by after the job to check on the growing process. Â He was fast, efficient and would hire him again for other landscaping jobs. Â Our grass is still growing in but I'll edit back photos of before and after! More...

The worst incomplete sloppiest job ever. don't hire this company. Its just high school kids who have no clue. You get what you pay for. Poor quality work. do things their not suppose to. cut wires, damage sprinkler heads dump debris wherever is convenient. They use a weed hacker to map their edging looks like a drunk did it, not a straight line anywhere. Work around things. Will never hire again and would never recommend them. Ive spent three days cleaning up after them and probably got 2 more days worth of work. More...

Contacted a few companies about aerating and they got back to me the quickest with a very good price. The guys came out when they said they would and did a great job. Highly recommend.
