My husband Carl and I have been coaching individuals and couples for over 12 years. We focus on relationship frameworks and communication. We believe that understanding who you are, why you do what you do, and how best to engage others can lead to reduced stress and increased happiness in your life. We are very practice oriented, everything we offer our clients has worked for us personally both in our professional and personal lives.

Carl has been a Silicon Valley C-level executive and specializes in corporate strategy, marketing, engineering, and culture building. As part of his work he often coaches people with respect to their career.
