The owner, Kristy, and her team went absolutely above and beyond at a wedding in Wasco, CA. She arrived two hour early to set up, and it was a good thing too because, for the first time in her career thus far, her magic mirror decided it wasn’t cooperating. You know she loves her job and she takes it seriously because she was embarrassed and was working as hard as possible doing anything she could think of to remedy the problem. Eventually she got things running and the images turned out excellent.I’m not really one to come out of my shell in public venues, but how can you not with so many wonderful props at your disposal? I contacted Kristy (the owner) last minute for our wedding and (thank the lord) she had our date available. Usually it takes days or even weeks to get responses from wedding vendors. .. not Kristy. She responded within minutes and answered all of my questions and accommodated me with anything and everything I asked of her. She had me send her a picture of our invitation and within an hour she sent the most gorgeous template design for our pictures. She even had customized props made with our last name and even fire props as my hubby is a firefighter. Kristy was BY FAR the easiest and most pleasing vendor we had at our wedding. There was not one period of time that our guests weren't at the Photo Booth. We are absolutely blown away by Kristy and her team's service and the mirror was so unique and fun. She even brings a red carpet and velvet rope to make the atmosphere feel even fancier. If you ever need a Photo Booth, you HAVE to use Reflect On This. You will never want to use anyone else! Wow, Wow, WOW!!! Kristy and her team made our Totally 80s company party such a huge success!! The team arrived and were set up before the guests arrived. They were so engaging that we KNEW we wanted to book them again for the following year. They offered such wonderful, high end props, and really just got everyone smiling before the lights came on to capture the moment. The biggesst and best feature was the ability to have group photos!!
