Rachel is absolutely amazing at what she does. As someone who doesn’t know much about dog training, I find confidence to be such an important trait for a professional trainer to have because it tends to be contagious in this type of atmosphere. Confidence is one of many wonderful traits that Rachel possesses! Her love for dogs shows each time she interacts with one, and it’s mutual! From what I’ve seen, she builds such strong relationships with her “students” and she has so much respect and patience for them and their owners. After only 3 sessions, my dog and I have a much stronger relationship, have built more trust in one another, and have more of an understanding of one another. My pup gets SO excited each time he gets in the car, and I’m sure it’s because he knows he’s going to dog training class! I would recommend Rachel to anyone looking to get their dog trained. More...

Q&As

I love working with dogs and their people. I have spent time in local animal shelters and it always was painful to see dogs who were turned in to the shelter because of behavior issues that could have been corrected. I enjoy helping dogs to overcome issues and also I enjoy off-setting these issues in the first place. I love seeing dogs make progress through classes and private training, and I like seeing the relationship grow between dogs and their humans.

I love working with dogs and I love helping people. I feel my most complete when I am working with dogs. I wanted to take some of this passion and spread it throughout the community.

I am open, honest, easy to communicate with and I have lots of experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have worked with people for years and can help them to help their dogs.
