When we first met Courtnee I walked away thinking, “I wish we’d met her sooner!!” We worked with Courtnee for “day of” wedding coordination but she did much more than that. To start, Courtnee provided amazing planning resources that were helpful as we worked through finding vendors, and planning the big and little details. Courtnee also communicated with all of our vendors to establish the schedule for the day, handle the final walkthrough, and ensure everything was prepared. She also coordinated our rehearsal and made sure our wedding party was prepared. Finally, she made sure our wedding day went super smoothly! My entire family was so impressed by how quickly she executed decor, how she kept the timeline on track, guided the wedding party on when to head down the aisle, communicated with vendors, reminded us to eat, etc. I can’t imagine our wedding without her. I'm so happy we chose Courtnee as our day-of coordinator. Meeting in advance gave us confidence we had worked through every detail. Having her at the rehearsal gave me peace of mind things would go off without a hitch. I felt cool, calm, and collected on my day. We had a non-traditional venue so her corralling of all the vendors while I got beautified allowed me to be present during the celebration. All I can say is wow! Courtnee went above and beyond on our big day. She was very responsive leading up to the event, and she really made sure that she knew me and my vision for the event. As issues arose, she found solutions quickly without making myself or my husband unnecessarily stressed. She stayed late to help clean up and made sure all of our guests got home safely. Though I was originally skeptical, I would absolutely recommend that everyone get a day of coordinator, and you are lucky if you get Courtnee. More...
