Alexa and her team of ladies are absolutely amazing! Alexa is such a pleasure to deal with to book my cleaning appointments. The team of ladies that cleaned my home today did such a beautiful job! My wife and I hired Radiant Cleaning to do a move-in deep clean on the house we had just closed on. We were quoted that our completely empty 3 bedroom house would take 4 cleaners an hour and a half to complete. Instead, 5 cleaners showed up and spent over 3 hours doing who knows what. When we walked into our house that night, we saw dirt and human hair everywhere we looked: inside appliances, on walls, and inside every cabinet. Our floors, windows and ceiling fans weren't touched, to name only some of the issues we found. The house didn't look, smell, or feel clean. After emailing the owner, Alexa, *some* photo evidence of what was still dirty, we were assured that her team would return to completely re-clean the house. They arrived with two young children, none of them wearing masks in our house. After 30 minutes, we were asked to do a walkthrough and we again noticed that many items in the house were still dirty. The team went back in and after another hour cleaning, the manager Anjelica told us to reach out to Alexa and she would personally come back at the end of the day if we saw any remaining issues. She also apologized to us and told us that Alexa told her team to only spot clean what we had sent to her in photos. We were surprised to hear this given that Alexa told us the total opposite. Later, after seeing yet again the house was not move-in ready, we emailed Alexa and asked for someone to come back to take care of it, exactly as we were told. We were flatly rejected. We ended up having to hire a different company to do the job that Radiant Cleaning should have gotten right the first (second and third) time. We are not unreasonable people - we have never left a negative review anywhere before - but our experience with Radiant Cleaning was extremely disappointing and needlessly added stress to our move in. They offer pick up and delivery which is extremely convenient.  Reasonable price for a head to toe cleaning and they transformed the car that I thought was ruined (because I let my 18 y/o daughter drive it for a year) and brought it back to the way it was when I first gave it to her.  Car is shiny like new again.   I would recommend.
