Last summer I called QVL to expand my backyard deck. When Dennis came out with his team they came up with great suggestions for the deck that would also including taking care of drainage issues I was having. The deck looks great, but even better, my sump pump in the basement rarely runs anymore!

I was so impressed that I asked about other services and the design team came over and prepared a design to add gardening beds with edging in my backyard. They suggested a bubbling boulder which has turned out to be a crowd pleaser for both people and dogs that come over.

The gardener girls are great when it comes to my holiday decor. I always look forward to their creative ideas to help surprise my guests when we entertain.

Quiet Village Landscaping gave me excellent service from start to finish. They were very professional, polite and detailed orientated. The landscaping service was outstanding and still looks fresh.
They gave us a verbal estimate that was very reasonable and followed up with a written quote via email at the same price. Other quotes that we received were up to 4 times higher. Also, it was clear from our conversation that they knew their business and they were very helpful in making tough decisions on some of our issues.
We had recently purchased an older home with many tree and shrubbery problems. This was no small job. The crew members were clearly knowledgeable and worked very hard with only a lunch break. They took good care of our property and consulted with us as needed for clarification on what we wanted.

After renovating the inside of our older home it seemed short-sighted to not give the outside a refresh, too. I called Quiet Village after getting their emails and seeing their vehicles in the neighborhood.

Dennis was terrific and immediately understood my aesthetic issue and identified drainage issues. I thought it might take a week or more to get the quote back but to my surprise I got it the same day with great detail about each plant/flower along with the drainage solution. Best of all, I was able to sign off on the estimate electronically and within days there was a crew at my house.

Juan, the crew lead, was great. He walked me through what he and his team would be doing and explained why they were doing it. What I thought would be a two day job ended up just taking one day. They were incredibly efficient and effective with a high levers of service that I appreciated.

My experience with Quiet Village was outstanding. I found each person I spoke with from a Marlene to Dennis to Juan to be client-oriented with a high degree of professionalism. They were efficient in that there were no long drawn out meetings and the work was done quickly. And finally they were effective because not only does my yard look beautiful, I also no longer have water issues with my basement.

We are new residents of St. Louis and needed to find a landscaping company to use for various projects both now and in the future. We hired Quiet Village Landscaping after interviewing 4 other landscaping companies and are so happy we did the research and spent the time talking and listening to all those professionals. From the office staff to the yard crews, this company has amazing employees who truly care about their work and about your property. Rebecca, the designer, spent copious amounts of time with us not only discussing her suggestions but actually listening to what we wanted. She showed us a plan and explained all the wheres and whys of the plant choices, using a power point to illustrate the plants and their appearance in various seasons. Our beds needed amending; some plants were planted in the wrong places, and some plants were either dead or not the variety we desired. Rebecca worked with us to get us native plants that would work in our specific situation. And the crew was truly superb! They transplanted many plants to new beds and they worked around what was left in the beds and really took care of our existing plants. They were careful, considerate and deliberate in their actions, and they worked hard! Our yard does not have the best soil conditions and they encountered huge rocks and lots of clay. Yet they were so careful when they edged and dug and they also took the time to investigate any problems they encountered. Our work was done during all the flooding in Spring 2017 and Quiet Village truly worked within the framework of the weather and still managed to complete our job in good time. On top of all that they cleaned up our entire yard when they were done each day. We are already planning our project for the Fall of 2017. Quiet Village has earned a customer for life! The staff at Quiet Village Landscape is friendly, very informative, easy to work with and very client oriented. The days they were here to work they were very polite and left the job site very clean. There was a small mix up in reference to the type of hydrangeas I wanted planted but they immediately visited my job site and have promised to rectify the mix up this fall when it is cool enough to properly replace the hydrangeas. Ive hired them a few times and always been pleased. They have done landscaping and tile work around my pool. They also do great work when completing a spring cleanup. Quiet Village was efficient with their work when they demoed our pool last summer. It was a delicate situation being in the tight confines of the city. They had to use jackhammers, and wheel barrow all the fill soil in-91 yards. I was really impressed when they offered to blow off any dust from my neighbors porches that may have settled.

When we purchased our new home, there was so much landscaping issues we needed to address and we had no idea where to start. We contacted a couple of companies and eventually decided to go with Quiet Village based upon not only their overall ideas and prices, which we felt were pretty comparable, but because we enjoyed our interaction with them the most. The next year, we decided to try another company that our friends had been raving about. It ended up being such a pain in the butt trying to work with them, we went back to Quiet Village who, again, absolutely rocked the interpersonal relationship category. They were nicer, more attentive and responsive, actually better priced (the other company kept trying to upcharge), and just... *sigh* Bottom line? Customer service is awesome, prices are great, and quality of work and their PRIDE in having done a good job for their customers is so incredibly wonderful. Since they've started doing another project for us (obviously, more work as our finances allow - we'll be at this for a while!), I have had a handful of my friends and neighbors who have said "oh! Quiet Village takes care of my lawn maintenance and cut it to my specific requests. A lot of people go for the really short cut for aesthetic reasons, but I like to keep mine long and healthy. They change their blade height every visit to keep my grass at 3 inches. It has beautiful lines running parallel and it's nice not to have to worry about it getting out of control. I received a phone call from Quiet Village about 20 minutes after I visited your website. We set up a meeting time for the next day. That week, my lawn was mowed and edged. My only issue is that I have a few irregularities in my lawn from where tree stumps were dug out and the mower hit oine of these spots and the lawn was cut in that spot and cut almost flush to the ground.
