Good afternoon Willa! This is Johnny one of the owners here at Quell. First I want to apologize for the miscommunication and I’m so sorry for the experience you’ve had so far. I hope to clear everything up for you! We are a small local family business and I can assure you our service is definitely not a scam. We have hundreds of Happy Customers and we are we very proud of what we do helping protect the homes in our community from any bugs and pest. In regards to your claim about us transferring your signature from the service person to an agreement..that is not true and not possible for us to do. Your technician serviced your home on Monday January 17th. You mentioned that your technician had you sign on his tablet confirming that he had been there. Our technicians do not carry tablets and he didn’t collect any type of signature from you that day. In fact he made a note saying you weren’t available when he was done with the service so he couldn’t have collected any signature if he wanted. After reviewing your account, you called to set up service on Friday January 14th. After reviewing the call recordings our representative Jake mentioned on the phone call with you that that he would send you the agreement to review and sign digitally. He sent you the following text at 11:27am with the link to the agreement. “A new agreement is ready for you to review and sign.” At 11:29am our system shows you opened the text and digital signed your name on the agreement from your cell phone. Once we got confirmation of the signed agreement, we scheduled you for your initial service 3 days later. I hope this clears up the concern you have about us scamming your signature and helps you remember what happened. Please review your text from us at 480-500-1822 and doesn’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. Thanks, Johnny

We just bought our first home, that had been uninhabited for some time. Quell Pest Control took care of our scorpion infestation! On their first visit, i found several scorpions dead and/or dying. I had them come over in between scheduled service calls and ever since their 3rd visit, I have not seen a single scorpion in the house, and when I find them outside, most are already dead. All of the technicians have been very friendly and thorough when spraying. Nate was here today and did an excellent job!! I look forward to seeing him again next time! You guys are a ridiculous company who prey on new home owners in this area that no nothing about the surrounding area. We are now tied into a 1 year contract because your Door to Door salesmen didn't explain what my husband was signing. It was explained this was a 1 time service for $50.00 and that we could cancel at anytime. When calling to cancel I was told that we are now tied into a 1 year contract or $100.00 to get out of it. The rude salesmen then emailed what my husband had signed and sure enough we are under contract for 1 year. So why wasn't this contract left with my husband the day of initial service? In closing I'd like to say this is why people don't answer the door for salesmen because you are all LIARS and we will never recommend you to anyone!!!!! More...
