John has been cleaning our carpets for over 20 years! He never disappoints! Our carpets look FAR Better than they should.. . “22” years old! Four kids raised in this house, dogs and grandys being active. Too many ‘food and drinks parties in several of the carpeted areas! Chem Dry gets everything out!!! John Always communicates promptly, very personable, gets us on his schedule so quickly! Pet stain removal, as well as general dirt removal is by far the best with this system! Fast, and thorough! We had a really great experience with Derek from Qualls Chem dry last week. Our stairs and rugs were long overdue for a cleaning, and then our dog had cut her paw and walked up the stairs and then thrown up on the landing the day before, so it was a really tough job. Derek’s attitude was great, he even moved some furniture for me, and he worked really hard to get everything clean. We have a massive white Italian linen sofa, and a cream wool rug that needed to be cleaned.  Our white sofa had a lot of dirt spots on it, and didn' t look great.  Lonny cleaned our sofa so well, it's beautiful again.  Our rug had a few potty spots from our puppy, and he was able to even it out and make it look beautiful again.  Qualls was very professional, on time, kind, and when I would ask Lonny to go over a spot again, he responded kindly and quickly and never complained.  Great customer service, hard working, great follow through.  Thanks so much!
